Beachfront Luxury Family Escape is a self-catering apartment across from the Sea Point promenade in Cape Town, affording guests stunning ocean views from the Atlantic Seaboard. Guests have access to the public beach across the road, including a selection of shops and restaurants in the area.

This apartment can sleep 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The shared bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin, and there is a guest toilet as well.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is a small dining table with chairs and the open-plan lounge has a couch. There is also a flat-screen TV and another small table that doubles as a work desk. The glass doors lead out to the balcony which has outdoor furniture. Guests also have access to secure parking behind a remote-controlled gate.
