The self-catering duplex unit comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and dining area, and a lounge. Excellent, except for the expired coffee and milk.
Staying there was good. There is no noise, it's clean, near the beach. Wow, we enjoyed staying there.
Just been raining but at least we could watch the full DSTV programs. All accessories and bedding were available for the cold night and were comfortable. Stay was pleasant and the owner was always responsive when the DSTV was giving problems and immediately sorted it out.
We have been Port Alfred people for years and even lived there for a few years, but we think the owner of the unit should know that the place is not kept clean at all, dust and previous people's paper and rubbish was everywhere , and cleaned just above next to it. Port Alfred as a location was once again a hit.
Had an amazing stay with my little family. Breathtaking views, clean and pristine unit and just all-around tranquil experience. Also, very close to amenities and pretty much good value for money. Thank you for having us. We will definitely be back.
The accommodation was clean and comfortable only no light in the bottom toilet and no light on the landing made it difficult to come up the stairs at night and the shower door was broken.
Can't sleep in the evening because of the hangout across the street, cars spinning, people shouting, so on every night until 4 in the morning.
Settlers Sands remains a good choice for a weekend getaway. Apartment was neat and place is well located. In terms of value for money, there may be cheaper places. Had trouble getting key, but the owners helped quickly and were available. We had a great stay and would consider the place again. Parking is limited.
This place was very underwhelming. It requires extensive attention. It wasn't particularly clean, and everything is old, displays signs of excessive wear and tear, even the bedding is aged and faded, the very bare minimal is provided, no wifi, not even a Smart TV. I would only suggest this place to someone who simply needs a roof over their head, with zero comfort.
Will definitely stay at 12 Settler Sands again.
They can pay more attention to the premises. The fan in the bathroom should also be given ashndag.
Its a nice place to stay over, beachfront close to town. It's very relevant and everything you need is provided at the apartment.
