The bedroom leads out into the open-plan living area with a kitchen and lounge.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove and hob, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, cutlery, and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The lounge boasts ceiling-to-floor windows and is furnished with a comfortable sleeper couch in front of a flat-screen TV for relaxation and entertainment. The couch is perfectly positioned to look out toward the balcony which can be accessed through the big sliding doors. The balcony is furnished with a small bar table with 4 chairs and has excellent views of the city.
Guests have access to their own separate entrance there is secure parking available. Guests have access to the building’s communal facilities which include a bar, a swimming pool, and a gym area. Guests are also in close proximity to local shops, restaurants, the Cape Town Stadium, the V&A Waterfront, and approximately 6 km from the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway.

7 guests' feedbackVery good stay - 2 things that I would add is a multiplug for the hair dryer and also a small amount of dishwashing liquid for 1 day.
Very friendly host, kept on checking on us every day, made our stay very comfortable. The only problem was the parking, too small especially when there is a car next to it, and there is a wall close. In front, there is something that prevents you from going forward. Next time, have some throw pillows, especially when watching TV.
We only received information on the keys when it was requested, the same with the parking spot. It was not shared upfront. The parking spot was incorrectly communicated. We had to obtain a different parking spot, only to find it occupied again the next day. It was a real frustration, and we had to move parking for the 3rd time. There were 3 huge bags of laundry in the room, which I reported. I was promised it would be collected but it never was. The door to the bathroom cannot open to its full extent and was also a bit annoying. Some basics like dish towels and dishcloths would be appreciated.
Apartments are neat with everything as required. Beautiful facility with excellent service. Problems: Only one fork was available, someone must have taken the others. The third guest had to use the sleeper couch, linen was available, duvet cover, but no extra duvet. If you book and pay for three adults one expects that everything should be there for three adults. The booking is done by Viya and the security by Hosted Property Management which is a bit confusing.
The stay was great and we will recommend this place.
The check-in process was very cumbersome and took close to an hour. The key to access the unit was missing, so we couldn't get in after we had checked in. There was no electricity in the unit when we got in. The decor and amenities in the unit must be complimented.
16 On Bree 1402 was amazing. The apartment is small and very cosy, just what me and my partner were looking for. Loved every minute of it, thank you.
