Many things that need attention. Als is very old and neglected.
Old but very clean house, with the best location you can ask for across the street from Bikini Beach. Everything you might need from plates, cutlery, washing machines, pots and pans and even an ice machine at your disposal.

Hospitable people, clean, fully equipped, walking distance from sea, restaurants and shops. The picturesque view right across the beach makes up for any shortcomings (which there were none).
The House was ideal for our group as it was spacious and the location was very convenient. Thank you for the hospitality and making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The living room, dining room and every bedroom in the house have a sea view. My husband could work quietly from the dining room and see the ocean while we could play on the beach. Only the outer room is a bit dark. It is very ideal for young children as the beach is just across the road and the road is not too busy at all. We definitely plan to use the accommodation again.
We were very disappointed. This could not accommodate 10 people as advertised and we were only 8 - one couple had to find alternative accommodation in the Strand at an extra cost. The flat was rented out and a tiny outside room had no basin - the pipes were sticking out the wall - the shower floor had not been finished - the garage was full of building material so we could not use it at first so the tenant took her car out for us. We had paid in full in August 2016 for this holiday in February 2017 - any alterations should have been done long before that date. I must just thank Shaun at TravelGround for his assistance with sorting out the refund for the one couple that left.
Spent wonderful time with family and everyone was very happy with the stay. Both the agent and owner were very helpful, from the booking inquiries to our check out. Thank you very much everyone. We will definitely visit there again.
We loved being so close to a beach that was really safe for toddlers and fun for 7/8 year olds. This old house is very comfortable with enough sleeping accommodation for 7 people. The view from the lounge, dining room and verandah is outstanding.
The house is located in a fantastic location, but the furniture and cleanliness need some attention.
It has a great location right across from the beach. The veranda with chairs gives you a chance to relax and satiate your soul with the view of the sea. The house is quite spacious with enough pots, plates, cups and cutlery. Unfortunately for such a large house having only one toilet is a bit of a problem. We noticed cockroaches everywhere in the kitchen, and sometimes also on the furniture in the living room. Under the beds it was not cleaned well. The duvet covers can also be replaced - there are fleeces at the bottom. If we walked barefoot in the house, our feet simply turned black, the floors should probably be washed and not just vacuumed.
