9 guests' feedbackThis was my second time staying at this location. The reason I returned is because of the central location in the CBD area. Very comfortable and I love the shower. I don't have to jump around to get wet, the shower does all the work. Thank you.
We had a really nice stay. Good value for money. The view was beautiful. The location perfect. I would definitely stay there again.
Parking was a problem.
Booking in was very long since we had to wait in a queue for other guests in another section for about 1 hour. The room was excellent and modern. Would have been much better if there was on-site parking.
My stay was great. Amazing view, kind staff and a clean apartment!
Harassed at check in by foreign national who had breached security and am sure there was an attempt to de-fraud my via false OPT notications that I suddenly received. Keys all in one box - security concern. No parking when I has specifically requested from Lekka slaap - was then arranged. Accomodation fine but ZERO external ventilation.
We had an amazing stay. The room was clean and had a great view. It was a bit of a struggle to get the box in which our keys were in and to put the keys back into the box. Besides the small hiccup, our accommodation was very central, close to the majority of the places we visited and to convenient stores. Would definitely choose the stay again.
Bad, bad, bad! Customer service is terrible. Unorganised.
It was a lovely place with a lovely view. I love where it's situated. I can safely walk and use Uber to all the places I like.
