2 guests' feedbackDespite initially booking the studio apartment at 1929 One Thibault with high hopes, my stay fell short of expectations. While the location was convenient, several key aspects were disappointing. The lack of designated parking, difficulties with access mechanisms, and unreliable WiFi were major drawbacks. Additionally, encountering double-bookings and inadequate kitchen amenities added to the dissatisfaction. Attempts to address these issues with staff yielded no satisfactory resolution.
It is ideally situated close to the Convention Centre. The check-in process was convoluted with help difficult to come by. The area around the building is not the cleanest or the safest, but the apartment was very clean and security was top notch.
