La Pirogue 25 consists of an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven, a fridge/freezer, a separate freezer, microwave and washing machine, an open plan lounge with a flat screen TV and DStv with a smartcard, comfortable couches and 6 seater dining area. The lounge opens onto a large covered balcony with patio furniture and it has a door for access to the 2 fenced swimming pools. The balcony also has a Weber gas braai and washing line for wet clothes.
3 bedrooms of which 2 open onto the balcony, all of which have fans. The main bedroom has an aircon.The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and a toilet. The second rooms has a queen size bed .The third bedroom has 2 quarter size beds and share a bathroom with room 2 ,consisting of a bath/shower, double basin and toilet. The unit has 1 lock-up garage and 1 open parking space inside the complex.
All linen, duvets and pillows are provided, please just bring your own bath and beach towels as well as your toiletries.
This unit is serviced on Monday and Friday and additional days can be arranged at an extra cost. NO GROUPS OF MATRICULANTS OR STUDENTS ARE ALLOWED and the complex does not allow any pets. Access to the complex is by remote control and the apartment is safely burglar guarded.

We have just returned from La Pirogue, and it was an absolute lovely stay. The unit is clean with a sparkling pool, ideal for adults or a family with children. We'll definitely be back!
Close enough to the sea but not on the beach that it gets too busy.
I love the place. It's a walking distance to the beach and mall, and very safe.

Fridge gave some problems but the owner sorted it out and replaced the microwave immediately. the outside cushions are just put through but it's a very nice set as plastic chairs and table, because we are outdoors people, then the master bedroom bed mattress is slept through, back hurts, that's all, other than that it was lovely and we plan to go again. Just a pity there isn't a generator, loadshedding is bad and here to stay for 15 years apparently and then the gas grill was dirty underneath and needs some TLC.

25 La Pirogue is perfectly situated for easy acess to the beach. It is spacious with a large balcony with lovely views. We had a lovely stay.

Spacious unit with everything you need! All 3 bedrooms were wonderfully large and the 2 bathrooms are new and modern. The huge veranda has a comfortable seating area with a sea view, as well as a dining table. The complex's swimming pool is a refreshing treat after a hot walk back from the beach. All we were missing was a log fire, but the gas grill on the porch worked just as well. We will definitely stay here again!
25 La Pirogue is a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with a huge balcony overlooking a swimming pool and it's a street back from the sea. Walking distance to the sea and to restaurants (Mozambique) and for the fit to Il Pescatore. There is everything you need, just take your own towels. Secure parking in a garage. Easy access from garage to kitchen for groceries. Kitchen is fully equipped. In the evenings we enjoyed listening to the croaking of the frogs that made their home in the children's pool. The only thing we missed were flat sheets because it gets quite warm just under the duvets. There are fans in the rooms and they are cleaned on Fridays and Mondays. My elderly mother could easily walk to the sea.
The place was clean and the views were beautiful. Spacious and child friendly! The memories we have is beautiful and hope we can create more again very soon!
I would recommend this stay for a family with kids.

It really was a home away from home. Everything was, as the Englishman would say, 'top notch'. Would really like to go back again next time, but this time just a little longer.
We can definitely recommend this unit. It is located near the beach, a small shopping center and restaurants. The owner is very friendly and the unit is incredibly beautiful and practical. It was a pleasure to stay here. Will definitely come back again.
