4 guests' feedbackEverything is beautiful, just like in the photos, but the kitchen is very poorly equipped. There is no baking dish, no grater, no corkscrew, and most important of all - the kitchen sink has no plug.
It is always tough to rate an establishment negative when all previous ratings are highly positive, however, mine was different. Hopefully this critical feedback can assist to improve and provide consistent overall offering/experience. Negative experiences include faulty security access panel and lift not working during the check-in weekend. Only one set of towels made available for two persons. The shower is open, making the floor slippery, but no floor towels provided, thus making it a safety hazard. There is a laundry/washing machine but no line to hang the clothes or towels. No backup power for the WiFi router or any emergency lights during load shedding. This can't be when we know there's load shedding. No garbage bags provided or instructions to dispose of garbage. The mattress is almost collapsing on both sides. Daily extreme noise going into the early hours from the adjacent block of apartments. The location in Green Point is perfect, but the noise from the adjacent apartment makes it unbearable. It is impractical to self-checkout and leave the apartment without having a person on the outside to punch the access code to open the security gate.
The place was definitely exactly as advertised, it's amazing and has all the things needed to enjoy a perfect relaxing time away from reality. The views are amazing too.
The stay was really pleasant, it felt like a home away from home!
