Everything needed was available. Friendly, helpful staff.
Not at all. Waited outside for over half an hour to book in as I couldn't get hold of the owners. The place didn't smell good. The rooms were not up to standard. We itched immediately when we got into the bedding. The WiFi was weak. I have stayed at cheaper guesthouses where the WiFi is 10 times stronger and better. Everything was just awkward. I couldn't wait to leave. Even missed the breakfast.
Staff could not serve guests in Afrikaans. There was an old takeaway from the previous guest in the fridge. There was an old bar of used soap in the soap dish in the shower. A complaint every day did not help and on the morning of departure it was still there. The resident staff made a lot of noise in the evening while preparing food in the kitchen. A lot of noise was experienced from staff talking on mobile phones in the entrance hall. The entire entrance hall and staircase area is noisy as all sound reverberates and can be heard clearly in the rooms. The room doors do not have rubber dampers in the frames and the noise made by closing the room doors is very disturbing. On the night of arrival the TV was switched off and the help of the staff had to be called in. On the 2nd night it was postponed again, but then I could at least set it myself. The area around the pool was very untidy with chairs all over the place, black plastic bags lying around, an old cooler bag in the flower bed.
It's very central for me, I can do all my visits from there. Can they just buy a new toaster please.
Very friendly reception, great service, easy sty for a bussines stay, basic nice breakfast.
Room was spacious and there was a comfortable desk and WiFi.

We had a great time. We only saw with the advertisement that they said there was a hairdryer and shampoo and bath towels in the room, but there were none. Furthermore, we had a very nice stay, very friendly staff. Our TV didn't work either.
Kindly change the bed as it makes a noise when you turn around and creates unnecessary noise. It sounds like I was sleeping with a lion. So painful.
People were friendly and helpful, the breakfast delicious, everything neat and clean.

Staying at this guest house was like being at home. Staff very professional and made me feel at home. Meals were fantastic. I will definitely be staying with them whenever I am in Cape Town. I recommend them to any guest.
