Clean, tidy, and with a very nice view and location. The place is small, but it is still very suitable for a family. The person assisting with keys, etc., is very helpful. Thank you, I really enjoyed the stay.
We had to hastily advance our stay due to a death in the family. We got an immediate response and were immediately allowed to occupy the property earlier. We were and are very grateful for that.
The apartment on the 4th floor is very neat and well equipped with everything you could need. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Lovely fully enclosed porch with windows and built-in braai. Fantastic view of the sea. Secure parking. Elevator available. We really enjoyed our stay here. We would love to stay here again.
Could hear the seals talking to each other in the evenings and waves in the background were just amazing and peaceful.

Comfortable and warm bedding, large double shower, everything is there. Braai area is great, nice to be able to braai with the porch which is fully closed with glass doors.
Nice seaside holiday, close to everything, lovely weather with a great view from the unit. Can hear the ocean from the unit and walking distance to the beach.
The photos do not do justice at all to how beautiful the place actually is. Not big, not too small, just right for when you want to go away for a few days or take a vacation. Very tidy and everything you need is there.
The apartment is beautiful with a lovely full sea view. My husband and I stayed there for 2 weeks, even though the weather played very nice together we still rested without any noise.
The apartment is basically located on the sea and is within walking distance of a restaurant and several stalls next to the water park. If you don't fancy the beach then you can go to the water park or heated pool. The apartment is the ideal place if you want to stay comfortably and go for morning and afternoon walks on the beach. If you want to do something more exciting, you can just go to Mossel Bay or Hartenbos which are only a few minutes away. This is definitely my new favorite holiday accommodation. The view alone can make you forget that 2020 ever happened.

The komplex's safety is excellent. The flat is wonderful to stay in. The enclosed balcony with braai is a winner. Rain, and cold wind keeps you from braaiing there. An air-con could be added because that flat is going to be very hot during summer.
Apartment is very nice, clean and tidy. Beautiful sea view! Walking distance to the beach and water park. The bath towels were very welcome, make one travel lighter. We will definitely be staying here again! 10 out of 10 for 37 La Palma Villas!

37 La Palma Villas is a beautiful 4th floor apartment that has everything and more that one could need. It is clean and tidy. The apartment has a beautiful sea view and the beach is just a few steps from the apartment block. The environment is safe and quiet and close to numerous restaurants, shops and attractions. Beautiful, clean beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to stay here again in the future. Thank you very much!

House rules
An extra R500 levy charge fee, not included in daily rate or quotation, is payable directly to me for linen cleaning after departure.R750 key deposit is also due to me and will be paid back after departure if all is in order and nothing is broken or lost and it must be paid electronically before arrival.
All linen is supplied. Bath towels are supplied, but guests need to bring their own swimming towels. Please do not take the bath towels out of the unit.
