Clean and tidy and would recommend.
We were very kindly welcomed at 53 @ Grens. Everything you need is there. It was very neat and clean.
We got our room keys at exactly 2 o'clock, and quietly enjoyed our weekend.
Well told the owner that the faucet at the sink needs to be looked at.

Neat and clean. Was informed early on that there would be load shedding. Place was walking distance from the shops and river. We enjoyed it very much.

It was a very pleasant place to stay. We will probably rent the self-catering unit next time and have a nice braai. Very nice place. Thank you.

The unit is very tasteful, clean and spacious. Would have liked a shower rather than a bath but we enjoyed our stay.

We found 53 @ Grens to be a great, convenient place for an overnight stop. We were in unit 2 which is fine for overnight, but unit 1 is better suited for a longer stay. The parking is secure, and the house is far enough from the town centre to be quiet and restful.

I've booked a self catering place for the purpose of doing self cattering and have the freedom of having a living room to relax in. Unfortunately we were confined to a room because the place we asked for was rented out and I had to pay an additional R800 for two seperate rooms. I had to sleep on a mattress because I could not share the other room with a male friend who accompanied us. We asked for the room to be cleaned and this was not done. The shower water did not drain and no cleaning material available.
We booked unit 1 at 53 @ Border and it was perfect for our business trip. The dining table was available to use for work and the kitchen was reasonably well equipped for self-catering. There is more than enough space and the place is very neat and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it!
Getting keys was easy. The place was small, but very neat. We immediately felt at home.
Very kindly received. Very neat and complete. Street was very noisy. Mattress is very noisy when you turn around at night, suspect it has a plastic cover.
We will recommend 53 @ Grens to anyone! The rooms are luxurious and great value for money. Rooom 1 (with lounge, dining room and kitchen) is ideal for a family or 4 frounds - more than enough space to spend a few days there withouth being in one another's way. The braai area is very comfy and the patio is a nice for a warm summer day.
