Wonderfully restored residence which was ideal for 2 couples to share. Conveniently situated close to restaurants and attractions.

We arrived in Graaff-Reinet on a very hot afternoon and found this lovely cottage with an air conditioner in every room and a swimming pool in the courtyard! Needless to say, we spent the afternoon in the sparkling clean and deliciously cool pool.
Second bathroom unfortunately smelled bad. Especially towels didn’t smell fresh.
Well equipped, e.g. with a coffee filter machine. Very comfortable.
Beautiful historic cottage. Lovely pool to cool off in. The only negative criticism: It is advertised as pet-friendly, but there is no green grass for puppies. We couldn't just leave the door open for our dog to go for a walk, we had to physically go outside with her every time to open the gate, so that she could go for a walk on a small piece of land between lavender bushes go. We had previously stayed in one of De Kothuize which had a large yard, which in my opinion is really pet friendly.
I lived in 54 Middle Street! The house is lovely and spacious, with plenty of secure parking which makes it an excellent choice for me. Enjoy the location more than Parsonage Str. Linda was very friendly and tried to help with everything, even changing my dates on the way back. I always use De Kothuize when I travel in the area.
Beautiful place to stay overnight in beautiful Graaff-Reinet, can absolutely recommend it. We had a great time, thank you Linda for your hospitality. Nice clean and very comfortable. Will definitely book with you again.

Very impressed with accommodation. Beautiful place with lovely outdoor square with swimming pool and lavender. Very interesting bath (long enough for any person). Has all the necessities.
After a 2 week tour where we stayed at various places, it was blissful to be able to relax in such a neat place with so many facilities at such a reasonable price before the final journey home.
Service was great I stayed at 54 Middelstraat. I would recommend it to any person. The staff is great!
