We really enjoyed our stay at 69 Parissa. Most beautiful sea view and the apartment had everything we could need. Cleaning service of apartment was big plus for us. Can recommend them.
Unit is not directly on the beach but with a good sea view. Units lower down have a lot more sea noise from waves breaking on rocks.
There is nothing modern about 69 Perissa. Everything is broken, window blinds, burglar bars, furniture, the list is long. No aircon, no safe, no change of bed linen. One set of keys for 6 people. Outdoor recliner cushions are filthy. Kitchen very poorly equipped. Only positive is the view. Owners not helpful.
We enjoyed every moment at the sea. The view is fantastic. Centrally located and everything is available in the apartment, namely washing machine and tumble dryer. If I can recommend something, it is to invest in a few steak knives.
I would highly reccommend 69 Perissa. Good location and amazing view! The photos on their website is exactly in person. We will surely come back.
Perissa has a gorgeous seaview. The balconies allow us to enjoy the beautiful sun.
When I asked about certain aspects of the stay it was dismissed as not really applicable.
The unit is a 3-minute walk from the exclusive Santorini Beach and about a 7-minute walk to Thompsons Bay, where a wonderful snorkeling pool is located. Lovely swimming pool in the complex for the children to play. The complex is really safe and quiet. It is close to Ballito Junction (great big mall with every possible store you can think of). Just watch out for the blue monkeys, they come peeking on your balcony whenever you start.

We had a lovely stay at 69 Perissa, it is clean and spacious. It is well located, about 2.5 km from Ballito Junction Mall and an impressive Super Spar. Although fully equipped, no need to cook as there are so many restaurants and take aways in the vicinity. Beautiful view from the balcony! An altogether wonderful week and highly recommended. Perissa 69 has a beautiful view of the sea and the layout was practical. Given the time of year (school holidays) it was good value for money. The complex offers access to 2 beaches of which the one closest to Perissa is very private. We enjoyed it very much.
Beautiful apartment with a sea view and walking distance to the beach. We had a great stay and would love to go again. The apartment is beautifully furnished with all the necessary facilities - the washing machine with the tumble dryer was a big plus with a 2 year old.
Our experience with staying at 69 Perissa was amazing. Saw dolphins every morning standing on the patio and the beaches there are close by and stunning.
