Good security and well located. Great swimming facilities. Very nice and spacious unit. Linen not changed regularly.
The unit is very well equipped and very spacious and clean. The area was very peaceful even though we were there during matric rage. Didn't even notice it was matric holidays in Ballito. The sea was easily accessible from the unit and there's a swimming pool right by the unit. The day of arrival the unit hasn't been cleaned yet, which delayed the arrival a bit, but the staff was friendly and apologised. It didn't bother us. The only critique is just that the cleaning lady left the windows wide open after she'd cleaned and left it like that while we were out the whole day and only came back later, and we had to ask her to clean the braai, didn't do it by herself.
We had a fabulous 3 night stay at Santorini. The flat is big, spacious and airy, with all necessary amenities. Communication was good, but I would recommend a small folder with essential info about the flat and Santorini, and it's workings. The space was cleaned efficiently, on a daily basis. the local beaches are gorgeous and it is situated close to shops and restaurants. Thanks.

The unit as such is pleasant. However the one couch was completely sunken and I suggest replacing it. Unit was clean but tea towels and scatter cushion covers, place mats and throws were grubby and I suggest these be replaced. Felt very safe and secure. Easy access to beach. Nice clean complex, well maintained. Not a great unit for the elderly or those with mobility issues as there are many steps up and down. Kitchen needs a colander and some crockery was not a complete set of 6. The dining room table with its long benches is not comfortable to sit on and difficult to get in and out of. Lovely patio and nice view.
The house comfortable and clean. The complex is very secure with easy access to the main beach.
Beautiful unit with personal contact by owner. Unit tastefully redone. Sea view breathtaking, just too far to hear the sea talking. Recommended for 6 adults, unit big enough.
Nice big apartment with everything you need for self-catering. Would love to have Weber grill or similar on balcony to be able to grill comfortably. There is only a very small braaier on the porch. Also nice clean and comfortable.
Tastefully furnished beachy unit. Well maintained unit with good security. 400m to malls, restaurants and beach (access to private beach on property). Considerate 'meet and greet' staff (even assisted with luggage) and cleaners quick and efficient. Much more spacious than the pictures let on.
Great location and close to the beach. No privacy, cleaners walk in to the apartment at any time. So not very safe.
We were surprised to see that the unit was much bigger than it looked like in the pictures. Super clean, very neat, well equipped, modern, spacious and comfortable. The unit is walking distance from the private and public beaches and is surrounded by beautiful plants and nature. The meet and greet staff were very friendly and helpful and were available whenever we needed information during our stay. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and our unit and braai area was cleaned daily. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone and 9 Kamari will see us again soon!
