Adele's reception was very friendly and warm. The room and house were spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything was explained to us nicely and even a reservation for dinner at a restaurant was made. Breakfast was big and very tasty. This is definitely a place to stay again. Adele, thank you very much for your and your team's hospitality.
We were welcomed very nicely and could feel right at home right away. There are so many interesting things in the house, you can probably spend hours digging around! Beautiful copper "fittings" in the rooms shiny polished. Dinner was one of the best Thai curries we've had. Load shedding actually made everything fun, the candlelight against the copper and the peaceful atmosphere was really nice and comfortable. Will definitely visit again!
The lady who welcomed us was just amazing and very helpful with everything. They were clear on everything when you get to the place and check in. There were no hidden agendas.

We will not soon forget our visit to this beautiful house! Inside even more beautiful than outside. Beautiful durable wooden furniture where you feel as if you are visiting a very rich and distinguished "aunt" 100 years ago! We stayed in the downstairs family room, all the rooms are beautiful but I think this one is my favourite. Everything is crisp and clean, pure white linen. The children were super excited about the beautiful "old fashioned" house and to see everything. Amanda was very friendly, helpful and very patient in showing the children how the old gramophone record player and old telephone worked. And yes, we could go up the spiral stairs to look upstairs as well, luckily there were no guests in the upper 2 rooms. It was rainy, but there were enough umbrellas for everyone and we just walked to the restaurant and town. We will come again for sure!
Amanda and her team went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She even booked us dinner at the Glasshouse.

Our entire experience from booking to departure was perfect. Amanda made an effort with all our advance questions - reception was friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely - linen and towels crisp - air conditioner and electric blankets worked well. We also took advantage of the lovely fireplace in the common lounge. So much attention was paid to detail that one felt very at home and comfortable. Thanks Amanda!
One of the most beautiful places we have ever slept. Fantastic atmosphere. Beautiful rooms - would have slept in any of the five. Everything in the guest house is with old-fashioned flair, but with everything you need. Everything very convenient. Staff and owner (Amanda) are very lovely and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, in a beautiful old fashioned kitchen with all modern conveniences. Walking distance to everything in town. Thank you very much for old world hospitality. Can't wait to take family and friends there.

Beautiful, clean and tidy. The visit is an experience that one will remember for a long time. Room is spacious with everything needed including large towels, sufficient storage space, good quality bedding and extremely tastefully furnished. Garden outside is interesting with secure parking. Within close walking distance to the restaurants and shops. Hostess and her staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Price is competitive and definitely worth it. Highly recommended. Full marks for a beautiful B&B that will exceed all your expectations.

What a wonderful experience to stay here. We arrived a bit late in Graskop and they were kind enough to make reservations for us at a restaurant nearby. We felt at home immediately and the guest lounge was beautifully decorated and has a warm atmosphere and lots of interesting things. The rooms area beautifully and well equipped.
A real quality guest house, beautifully decorated. The hosts, Amanda and Marnie, were very friendly and hospitable and we enjoyed sharing travel stories with them. We had a very comfortable stay and excellent breakfast. We will not hesitate to recommend this guest house. You will not find better than this.
So friendly, so welcoming. So tuned in to every individual person's needs. Historically beautiful, one gets lost in the surroundings of the house. Beds amazing, slept like a log, warm and inviting. A must have experience. Even banana bread home baked specially for us. Our kids learned so much from observing the past coming to life. A must have experience.
We went for the Easter weekend and got engaged there. Not just was the place absolutely stunning but all of the small touches made the stay a time to remember. The customer service was fantastic and they really looked after us as if we were family coming to visit.
