Very friendly and pleasant people who received us. Rooms are well appointed and we arrive comfortably ready for the wedding.

Rooms were clean and serviced regularly. Beds not the most comfortable. There was no window covering in front of the bathroom window, so I had to use the picture canvas on the wall to cover the windows for some privacy. Water pressure was very low. Premises are very neat and nice, with good conference facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We booked 2 rooms. On arrival the lady said our reservation was only for the 18th. I then pulled out my booking reference which confirmed that it was in 17 and out 18th. No apology made, just given us 2 rooms. There was a lot of noise at the bottom room nr2 and the lumps had a nasty smell. Would recommend that clumps be washed or replaced. Furthermore, the rooms were clean and tidy.

Just expected some coffee and tea in the rooms. It looks like someone left some teabags (2 x Five Roses) and a few Rooibos behind. Only one towel for the 2 of us, luckily, we brought our own. Getting out of the lodge was a bit of a problem, but I spoke to one of the staff members. Not much they can do, but they will sort something out.

If you are traveling and just looking for a safe and clean place to stay, Aero Lodge is the perfect place. Good security, clean and comfortable. We arrived late, and left early. Just what we needed.

The only problem that needs to be addressed is the availability of water. Friday evening when we arrived there was no hot water. On Sunday morning there was no water to shower (in the upper rooms). Everyone then had to do the necessary laundry in the lower rooms.

I was just a little disappointed with certain things. When my fiànce placed our drinks in the fridge he found chicken bones wrapped in a napkin(he wasn't too impressed) hidden inside. My mum had a dirty glass in her room and we had a towel short. Not the end of the world though. . Location was brilliant and everything else wasn't an issue.

The bed, bedding and pillows were superb! I unfortunately found: the lighting in the bedroom way too inadequate, the ceiling bulb needs to be a higher wattage. A shelf and bankie in the bathroom would be great and a bench for suitcases would be most useful.

Aero Lodge very well located, 90% neat and clean. Parking is a problem and very tight. You park where you find a spot and sometimes other guests have to be asked to move vehicles so others can get out. I came with a 3-meter trailer and had to store the trailer in another place myself for the night, there is no room for small trailers and no proper turning area. As you drive in, you drive all the way out. Reception very good and helpful and rooms have all the basics. Although the water pressure was a bit low where we were on the top floor, we did have nice hot and cold water to shower with. If you drive a medium and small vehicle it is ideal. If there was WIFI - I wasn't told about it.

Although we only slept over, it was very comfortable, clean and tidy. Staff are wonderful and very friendly. Will use them again anytime.

The shower pressure was a problem as well as water taking a very long time to warm up and then getting cold again quickly while not even half way through the shower. Kettle keeps switching off due to tumble dryer inside main house, I suspect that's the case with the hot water and pressure there laundry is washed which is all on one system.

On arrival we had to wait, the person in charge was out to buy supplies for another group that checked in. We were moved from the family room I booked to 2 rooms because they wanted to make room for a family with small children. I was comfortable unless our rooms would be adjoining as we were there with our children. Our rooms are then under one roof in a house, but not together. My kids were uncomfortable with the setup, so was I! Rooms were neat and clean, just a shame you have to half open the bathroom door if you want to open and close the shower door. The rooms didn't have their own boiler, there is a kitchen shared between a couple of rooms, which wouldn't be a problem. But I had to wash the mugs of other guests I don't know before I could make coffee for our family which was totally unacceptable! And the condition of the cups was poor! It was cracked and chipped on the edge. For the caliber of guest house/lodge I expected more. Also only one teaspoon that I could locate (unless the other guests had the teaspoons in their rooms). I also believe that one guest's money is as good as the other, so if I ask if we can book for breakfast, don't say you're another group that's first and if I want I can come after 09:00 , then there should be seating.
