The presidential suite is extremely luxurious and exceeded our expectations. The staff's friendliness is to be commended.
It is a very nice place, but don't use loadshedding as an excuse if there is no hot water in the morning to shower.
Customer service very good and attention is given to all needs. Delicious breakfast. Rooms large, comfortable and location exceptional.
The reception we received was very warm by the lady named Wallace. That woman is an epitome of what receptionists should be. Her vibrant personality and excellent customer service made our experience with African Oceans Manor on the Beach one of a kind and unforgettable. It broke our hearts to hear of her father's passing the following morning of our arrival. May his soul rest in eternal peace, and may the Almighty bless Wallace abundantly.
Incredibly beautiful and very tasty. Enjoyed every moment and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
We had a great time relaxing and a delicious breakfast. The room is neat and the pub and coffee bar are very nicely laid out and tidy. Would recommend for sure!

The buildings and rooms were incredible. The breakfast was delicious. My room, however, did not have a balcony and windows looked onto the public swimming pool where children and guests swam. Therefore there was very little privacy. I arrived at a few minutes past 14:00 to be told that my room was not yet ready. There was also no porter to help me with my luggage. I would have expected more from a 5 star guest house.
We were received and pampered like kings. Everything was 100% and in place. Fresh flowers and fruit daily, friendly faces at reception. Great experience. We will definitely go there again.
