African Peach is a self-catering holiday house, overlook the Hermanus Golf Course. Located on a quiet street with very little traffic, the house is 2.5 km to the East of the Old Harbour in the Hermanus town centre, 1 km from the golf clubhouse and only 300 m from the ocean.

This double-storey house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom and second bedroom each contains a queen-size bed, while the other 2 bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. Each bedroom has airconditioning and has an en-suite bathroom, and there are both bath and shower facilities available in the house. There are also 2 guest toilets, one upstairs and the other to the right of the entrance door. The upstairs lounge has a bar fridge a comfy lounge suite, and opens up onto a large balcony which has uninterrupted views of 5 holes of the golf course and surrounding Hermanus mountains.

The ground floor has a big kitchen with an island counter and a separate scullery. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The dining area has seating space for 14 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided. The villa has a full power backup system to ensure that TV, lights and wifi work during loadshedding periods.

The living area opens onto a private wooden deck with braai facilities and great mountain views.

There is off-street parking for two cars; while the house is surrounded by a 1.8 m wall and is linked to a Fidelity ADT security system with rapid response.
