17 guests' feedbackRooms small, understand loadshedding is a reality, but they could use more battery lights etc. provided. No water in fridges, shower clogged. General maintenance is also neglected. Bathroom mold on walls against roof.
The room did not seem clean, bath towels were not bright white and looks old, bed was not prepared neatly. TV did not work. No milk for coffee in the room although there was coffee and sugar placed out. Was not welcoming at all. Breakfast was nice although you have to boil the kettle yourself to make coffee. There is a machine available for coffee but was not working.
All the staff was so friendly and very professional. And our room was nice clean and tidy too. We most definitely enjoyed our stay there and grateful for amazing assistance always to accommodate my family and the kids too.
After 6 months in the Middle East this was the best place to spend the night for my first night home in SA. It was fantastic!
Room ("Greek") small and cramped without a single chair. Parking is indicated as "off street" which is not true. Friendly service and good location. Bathroom clean, blanket and floor mat could do with a good cleaning. Paint peeling from a bathroom cabinet is an indication that better maintenance is needed. Quality of the bed linen probably not up to four star standard. Pity that smoking area is right in front of the room so windows had to be closed. Would recommend the guest house if it had three stars.
Very neat and clean stay, room was nice and spacious. Here and there they will have to sharpen the finishes. Breakfast was very nice with enough choices.

The cutlery was dusty, the hairdryer's plug didn't fit into the socket. There was no plug in the bathtub. Other than that, wonderful.
It's the third time I stay there now. The area is good and a very quiet and safe neighborhood.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Could do with a view of the mountain.
Both the bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. Furniture does start to show its age and use. Reception was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was nothing special, but did meet the standards. I only stayed overnight and therefore cannot comment on the rest of the guest house's standards. The only negative aspect was that there is no secure parking - parking is on site but not behind security gates.
The manager was very hospitable and made us feel welcome.
It was a pleasant surprise. The cottage was lovely, spacious and clean. Delicious breakfast and we appreciated the hospitality.
