A lovely big house and good accommodation. Had a great time on the stoep and it's walking distance from everything. Elize went out of her way to get everything comfortable and in order for us. We stayed at 85 on Church for 3 nights. Beautiful, spacious home with a lovely swimming pool. It is also walking distance from a lot of cute shops and restaurants. Work is needed on the shutters of the window because they're broken. And something urgently needs to be done about the cockroaches and crickets. There was even some inside the house, especially at night. Otherwise our stay was lovely, bedding was clean and mattresses were very nice.
Neat little cottage, but a bit overpriced for what you get. We stayed in another establishment another night, which was cheaper and better equipped, with more TV channels, coffee, etc. in the room. This was rather bare bones and we were freezing cold in the room. The fireplace is on one side of the room and the heater hardly made a difference. We ended up sleeping on the couch to get warm. Cute outside shower and it is very close to all the restaurants in the area.

We are a family with 3 little girls who stayed in the house. My mother-in-law and they stayed in the outside apartment. 85 on Church exceeded all our expectations. We had a wonderful stay. The house is very spacious and everything is clean and beautiful. The children really enjoyed the pool, big beds and big garden. We will definitely want to come back in the future.

The facilities are good and the location is very convenient.
It is a lovely spacious house that is fully equipped. It is central and within walking distance of most places. The only negative is that the kitchen sink is outside on the stoepie and therefore there is no water in the kitchen. We can definitely recommend the place.

Prins Albert is a beautiful town and we had a lovely meal at Swartberg Hotel. 85 on Church can really think about installing a TV set in the cottage.
At 85 on Church was a perfect stopover for our Swartberg adventures conveniently situated for strolls down the main road and visiting the local galleries and coffee shops. The house is prepared for any situation including floating around the pool on a lilo and brewing filter coffee. The kitchen was AmazInG, with everything under the sun including a cupcake tray and four frying pans! I would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat!

What a fantastic little town! The house is really very comfortable with everything you need there. If the weather hadn't been so cold and unpleasant (and the goats hadn't played against the ausies!) we would certainly have grilled a little meat! Definitely next time! Thank you for a lovely evening!

It's very nice to have such a big, spacious house with a garden and swimming pool to yourself! Very quiet and nicely furnished. Als was very nice and clean, with everything needed. The management (Fiona & Richard) are very friendly and immediately make you feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again.
Neat and comfortable. Lovely outside area, perfect braai area for relaxing. Wished our timing was better so we could have stayed longer - we only stayed overnight and left early. Will book again for a full weekend away from everything. Restaurant was open for a quick supper.
Apart from the cold and the wind, we really enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortably furnished and the fireplace was particularly appreciated. All that bothered me a bit is that the washing up is not in the kitchen, but outside on the open veranda. The wind was blowing very cold, so it was not nice. Furthermore, als was very comfortable. The location is perfect, so much so that we could walk everywhere.
