The place is nice. It would be much nicer if customer service from the gate, reception, and shops would accommodate non-Afrikaans speakers instead of assuming that everyone understands Afrikaans. At the gate, they blatantly refuse to speak English and would rather have you cancel your booking than serve the customer in their preferred language, which is English in our case.
We had a great stay, would like to return as soon as possible with even more family and friends. We are so excited and think they all deserve to experience this place.
It was the perfect birthday present and the most enjoyable time with loved ones.
Our stay was great. We enjoyed all the activities and made use of the amenities. Just a pity that the best units (Slanghoek A) are very far from the actual resort and that they don't offer those carts to guests.

The atmosphere was fantastic.
Great facilities for the whole family. I was amazed at the shop, which has almost everything you need. The downside was that no music/radio was allowed at all hours, and the ablution facilities were not kept clean, as well as having broken taps in the showers, etc. Additionally, there was a leak in the bath area for 2 days that I can't confirm was fixed.
It was okay. There are only hot pools, which was unpleasant for the kids, and they did not swim. Then when it cooled and they went to swim in the evening, the pools closed at 23:00, so they hardly swam, which was disappointing for the kids as it was extremely hot. Eventually, we bought board games and they entertained themselves indoors, which defeated the purpose of going away. The game room was okay according to them, and the shop had everything we required, so no issues there. Also, there was a snake in the indoor pool on the Friday night.
The stay was awesome, just short. Will go again.

The camping was perfect, peaceful. The only thing is the pools were way too warm. Maybe ATKV Goudini Spa should make one of the pools a normal cool pool. The best time to handle that warmth of the pool is early in the morning and after 8pm.
Was not very pleasant as the pools were heated on hot days. No cold pools in summer.
It is safe for teenagers and younger ones to walk on their own in the resort. Staff very friendly. Clean and safe with a family environment.
ATKV Goudini Spa is a beautiful and relaxing place. However, we did miss the cold water pools since it was extremely hot during our stay, and all the pools are heated. The game room also needs an upgrade; they only have a ton of claw machine games, pool tables, table tennis, and 2 foosball tables.
It's okay, just I requested way before to be close to pools because I had disabled people with me. We only got places at the last 2 plots, 19 & 20, challenging with 2 disabled people.
Best holiday ever. They have a halaal takeaways so you don't have to make or bring a lot of food.

It was a very nice getaway. My wife and our five year old really enjoyed themselves in pools and water slides.
Our stay was a little unpleasant, as the chalet we booked initially was not very private, besides that the condition of the chalet was extremely disappointing as these are luxury units. We then informed the reception and Viya the very next day that we were not happy with the chalet that we booked. Unfortunately the reception ladies at Goudini Spa were not very accommodating and ended up telling us that we could not be moved again if we were not happy. The extractor fan was broken, and the tiles on the kitchen floor were chipped. The TV was small. Unfortunately, even the pool area was always full so we hardly spent time in there. Also, there were only cold water pools the other pools were all warm water pools and Goudini did not even adjust the temp to cold as it was summer time. Also there is nothing else to do in the area. So you are only basically in your chalet the entire day. Also we had no WiFi connection.
We booked the villa for 6 people, two adults and 4 children. The newly renovated villas are so beautiful and clean. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay, swimming in the indoor and outdoor pools.
I totally loved it. My kids and their friends enjoyed the stay.

No music is clearly indicated everywhere, but the people brush them off. If asked nicely, you will be slandered later. I've been there but won't go easy again.
Not even the rain could stop us from swimming.
Some campers need to learn camping etiquette. They should respect quiet times and the space and property of other campers.

I was very disappointed while two staff members in the garden was arguing and swearing at eachother. The ladies in the take away act like they don't care about the customers.

You have constant water flow. Should definitely invest in hydropower, especially with our power outages that are crippling the systems, people were complaining they pay a lot of money and then sit in the dark and prevent them from using some facilities.
The hot spring pools are a winner in the winter. Although there were surprisingly many guests during the week, it was still quiet and peaceful at the rondavels. There is so much to do - walk in the Gamkaberg, eat at neighboring farm restaurants or at the Resort, swim, barbecue. For the children there is once again swimming, a nice long (and warm in winter) water tube as well as a park with climbing frames etc. A games room provides the older children with hours of enjoyment. There are even 2 tennis courts for the active. Overall just a nice place for the whole family to recharge their batteries.

We really enjoyed our stay and the houses were so nice and spacious. The only complaint I have is the pool is too far for everyone to enjoy we had to drive down with the car.

As always, our visit to Goudini Spa was wonderful. We stayed in a Slanghoek cottage and it was blissful. The surroundings were peaceful and the cottage itself well equipped and more than spacious enough. The ATKV clearly takes care of their facilities and all activities we participated in were very enjoyable. The only thing that grumbled a little was the parking at the upper houses. 6 Adults won't just fit in one car and not all the people around us saw fit to park one of their vehicles upstairs at the conference centre. Maybe security can point this out to people in the future to make everyone's lives easier?

It's a very neat resort. Extremely competent management and employees who maintain it so nicely and look after everyone.
The security was very inept and unreasonable on Friday. We followed the rules, then our bed blew off and we struggled to get up, and he screamed that he was going to evict us, not knowing what was going on inside our tent. It was my first time for Camp. Shall say it was okay, but the weather was unpleasant.
Love the upgrades to the rondavels, looks luxurious, everything you could possibly need is there.
We enjoyed ourselves tremendously camping in tents. We enjoyed swimming in the different heated pools. The plots were so spacious that the kids had the freedom to run around. They enjoyed the parking area. The place was peaceful and safe.
Always a nice holiday. Large selection of pools with different temperatures. We stayed in Slanghoek villas with a beautiful view. Our TV was not working as well as light in the kitchen, this was fixed within 20 minutes of reporting it.
The fridge in the cottage we were in was faulty. The cottage was very well maintained. The plates and glasses were so high I couldn't even reach them. The television is in a closet, everyone couldn't even watch television. I booked 2 cottages in my name, the cottages were far apart and one cottage was more upgraded than the one we stayed in. Goudinispa's facilities were excellent, only the cottage was not. I would not recommend that cottage to anyone. Even on Sunday night there was a fight between people, people running up and down, chasing each other. There is such tight security then, where was the security at that time?
The accommodation is not value for money. The activities over the weekend that we were there were nice and the restaurant's food was good.
It was a rainy weekend but we were still able to enjoy our holiday to the fullest. An awesome place for the family to enjoy.

We loved it, but had an incident at the pool on the day visitor's side with the man who supervised the pool and it soured our time there and we just went back to our accommodation.
I didn't like fact that our braai area was facing the other Rondavel's braai area. I was not private and kids were too loud.
I used fuel to drive up and down from Slanghoek. The entertainment was not great, Slanghoek was just not good at all. When I got there, they mentioned we have an outstanding amount, which I showed that it was paid, they insisted that it was not paid and did not want to give my son a car pass out, I had to call the agent to confirm payment was done, and this was done in front of other clients. It was so disappointing. I'm not sure if I will go there again. And there was no wifi at all, when I asked them they told me that there is no wifi on top.
I really enjoyed the warm water and the shows. The accommodation was also really nice and modern and the fact that there was no load shedding.
First stay in Badsberg, loved it, wasn't aware that no towels are supplied, loved how quick generators set in with loadshedding. Activities program not always as scheduled but very entertaining. Perfect time before the holidaymakers. Koswerf good food and service. Thank you.
We would recommend that they add coffee, milk and sugar to house. It is self-service but most accommodations do add those few things.

Where do I start? We were so far away from everything at nr 63 because we had to put my wife's parents in 30, it's closer to the pools and shops. I mean you go to Goudini to relax, not to stress about driving around and getting to the pools and shop. I'm really disappointed, it would be nice if you guys let us choose our numbers. And the cleaners entered our rondavel without permission after Goudini stated in their rules and regulations that they can't be held accountable for any theft and they really need to make a plan with the flies.
I would love to come again.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The flat we stayed in was neat and clean and had everything we could need for a self-catering stay. The spa was really relaxing and all the treatments are well priced, exactly what you'd expect from a spa in the city.
Me and my family of 6 enjoyed a two-night stay in a 6 sleeper villa, we enjoyed it dearly, can't wait for our next visit.

The stay was lovely and relaxing. I was disappointed in the bed as it was very hard to sleep on and uncomfortable. The road way to the pool at night was dark, because there were only few lights along the road. And all facilities are far apart from each other. But other than that the overall stay was divine.

Beautiful place clean swimming pools, really absolutely a place not too far from the city but feels like you are on an island, magnificent.
When we booked, we ask for a 5-sleeper luxury rondawel and paid for this. When we arrive we got a 4-sleeper, unrenovated place and we got very upset. We wanted to leave this time. The space is cramped and we would not book if we wanted to be squashed. The people seem disinterested in what we have to say and don't go out of their way to help us. We are quick to pay when requesting booking but need to know we get the unit we ask for. Please or we never go again! You must do something.
We loved swimming in the hot pools and surprised by the super tube rides that Mom, Dad and kids thoroughly enjoyed! Pizza, ice creams, slush puppies and hot chips were delicious!

Goudini Spa's people welcomed us kindly and the apartment we stayed in was clean but definitely a bit run down. The pools were lovely but putt-putt course and games room are unfortunately showing signs of deterioration.

The house was well prepared on arrival with excellent staff assistance. Everything that we needed was in the house which added to the feeling of home away from home. Tranquillity and view from the house was very refreshing.

I really enjoyed my stay but our chalets was just very far from the pools and way to high fpr seniors to climb to no. 72 and back again to the pools but still pleasant. Thank you.
We arrived on a weekend afternoon. We booked a 4 berth rondavel. There were no towels or soap provided. We were not informed or prepared. The double bed only had a top sheet, no fitted sheet underneath, and the leg of the bed broke on the first day. The 'fan' in the bedroom only had one speed - very slow, and it was terribly hot. The unit was also not serviced daily. We called the office's after-hours number, got no answer, and left a message. I also sent an email and only got a response on Monday. On Sunday morning a lady from the office called and informed us that towels and under-sheets are only provided from 5-berth rondavels. The minimum kitchen utensils were provided. The salt and pepper shakers were broken. Overall, our fat stay was totally unpleasant. The manager just said he couldn't keep an eye on everyone. It wasn't our first time in an ATKV holiday resort, but Goudini was by far the worst.
We expected to have a nice calm, chilled braai and family experience but it was loud, noisy and not what we expected. We asked to be moved and no one bothered to contact us back from the Goudini Spa.
Goudini I would go again anytime. Was very wonderfully peaceful, tidy. Home away from home. Staff also very friendly and helpful.

A bit disappointed in one of the male staff members. Did not introduce and identify himself when he spoke to my husband. And not very approachable. Was told to put our music off while others could play louder music at the chalet area.
The kids had so much fun. I do think the water is way too hot for this time of year and seeing that someone sets it they can make it cooler during 40 degrees weather. We didn't swim much because of this but the unit itself was really nice and had everything we needed.

The resort was great with fun things for the kids to do but in the end R2000 a night for kids sleeping in the lounge and little things like no soap in the bathroom or shower no salt and pepper or washing up liquid no kitchen hand towel. The TV was high up so when you sit down the angle and lighting makes it almost impossible to view the people or actions on screen also no bath towels. The braai was full of water cause the roof leaked and the tongs were so weak it couldn’t clamp the meat. And the main attraction the slide for the kids is switched off during the rain cause someone may slip on the wet stairs. Which I would understand if everyone running up those stairs wasn’t already wet cause it’s a freaking water slide. Makes zero sense. These simple things could be fixed at so little cost it’s bizarre it’s not included. For R2070 a night ex vat it’s very bad value for money. And then when you arrive you have to arrange payment of R85 admin and entry fee. Why not just add that into the amount you pay before arrival. Again another silly thing that could be handled before.
Coffee and tea would have been nice in the room.

The resort is beautifully and well maintained, and the facilities is excellent, credit to the resort personnel. I did find the area around the accommodation were very noisy due to all the general services driving up and down the facility.

The facilities were clean and tidy. There were enough activities to keep my kids busy all day. However, I was only unhappy about the fact that I had booked a shaded campsite, but on my arrival had to accept a campsite under the trees, which all the shaded campsites were already occupied.
No customer service. Extremely unkept living facilities. The only saving grace was the natural setting but it was spoilt by mismanagement.
Loved the location and view, experienced a scorpion visit. Great service at shop and restaurant. My next booking I would love to explore Boland House Accommodation.

This was our 2 month tour the worst campsite we visited. The camping site next to the dumping ground smells and smoke lay over the camp all day and night and from early to late the noise of vehicles that come to unload garbage.
The location was excellent and the place well equipped. Pointed out errors to reception, such as lights that didn't work.
Location was fantastic, privacy ensured, place was in a very neat condition, service from kitchen, Roelien, was outstanding. Food was very tasty and served hot.
If I can make a suggestion. The trail goes up to the Goudini sign on the mountain, can you please open that trail so that people can climb to the sign. I did it in 2018 and this year the vegetation blocks the trail. Furthermore, everything is spot on.
I think the furniture in the lounge area needs a bit of an upgrade since we stayed in the top end range of the accommodation provide. Besides that everything was very good.
Customer service in their office needs to improve.
The camp site was clean and well taken care of. The toilets were good. The swimming facilities were always clean.
It was our first time visiting the resort. It was nice, especially the warm water pool. My 2-year-old daughter enjoyed it. Just two observations: 1. Chalets weren't cleaned properly, looks like it's only cleaned on the surface, no deep clean. The playpark and game shop need some love and care.
We stayed at the caravan park, the children enjoyed the freedom of the open spaces and to be able to swim from morning to night.
Chemicals in the water are too strong. Eyes burned, skin and hair were damaged and dried out, we only went swimming 2 times because the water already burned our skins so much. Even my new navy blue swimsuit is gray after this. I brought this to the office's attention and they didn't seem to mind.

I just love Goudini. I love getting a booking by the Tulbagh units, it's right by the warm pool and the other pools for kids.
They act as if they are doing you a favour and not their job. Laughing at 21:00 at night also seemed to be a problem. This place should be an old age home instead of a holiday resort.
Very peaceful and relaxing. The place was clean. Our villa was very comfortable and private. Our complaint we had was also sorted out. I do wish there was more activities, but generally very good.

As a first time camper we encountered a few hiccups with small little things like the adapter, we didn't know that we needed a caravan adapter. Our neighbors on both sides couldn't be bothered by the curfew and forced us to ask security to take action at 3:30 on Friday morning. They vacated their plots on Friday morning. Apart from this, it was a weekend well worth breaking away.
A pool for this accommodation should be planned. It is a long uphill/downhill walk to the pools for families with small children. A midway pool for the upper accommodation would be ideal.
Best adventure for family. Value for your money.

I was asked via my Daughter on Saturday 31st Oct 20, my 2nd day, for Proof of Payment, by Staff at GOUDINI , That apparently was not provided by Travel Ground, What this had to do with me, after paying and booking via TravelGround, I am not sure. This left a bad taste to an otherwise great place.
Cleaning staff not done at 14:00 waiting for sheets. My wife reswept floors. Room cupboards had to be aired to remove damp odor. Only one pedestal on double bed used chair as pedestal. No shelf for DStv decoder which was hanging in the air supported by a cable. TV remote not working. Only 4 forks supplied and no bath towels. Main hot pool was not as hot as usual, noted by many visitors. Security not visible at pool to prevent diving and splashing which was frequent.
It's worth the money. You can be sure you and our kids are safe. Cleanliness is always up to standard. I just love this place.

On reception, the person was not familiar with the payment procedure and wanted them to make extra payments - unprofessional and humiliating. The TV remote's battery times were apparently flat, it was noisy outside until well after the time indicated in the rules. The content was not updated properly.

You should consider having aircons in the upgraded rondawels, because it was very hot and we couldn't sleep well.
There was only one problem, with our arrival there was nothing on their computer that we had to check in. It was a little awkward.
The house was comfortable, easily accessible and within walking distance of the shops and swimming pools. Even renovation of the rondavels is beautiful and staff are very friendly and helpful.

I had to clean myself. My bins remained full until I emptied it myself. I never received a cleaner, my bedding was just as dirty my baby vomited on it she was sick nobody came to clean it. The staff in the office are unfriendly, especially the woman working with the bookings.
Pool areas crowded over school holidays.
Our family wanted a relaxing break before returning to work and Goudini Spa was a good choice for a few days of relaxation.
We have 3 toddlers under 3 and the unit was not child friendly at all. The table and bar stools were too high and therefore unsafe for them to sit on. The unit also has a very steep staircase which is unsafe for small children. Our unit is also located right next to the admin/goods receiving area and there were constantly golf carts, vans and a tractor and trailer loading and unloading goods. Some of these vehicles were moving back and forth at great speed. This meant that the children could not play outside either. The view directly in front of the unit is also blocked by a cargo container.
Need to bring your own towels as the flats are not given towels. Flat is quite dangerous for small children.
Really had a good time.
Accommodation was nice and clean, just some rondawels is situated on steep hills. Not safe for small kids.

Goudini is well maintained and is a lovely place especially for family getaways. Goudini fulfills all the requirements for a holiday or just to chillax. Surrounding area very beautiful and there are 2 nice walking trails at Jason's Hill (10 minutes drive from Goudini). Easy and difficult walking routes to choose from.
It was one of the best holidays. Peaceful atmosphere.
The midweek special I used for this booking was welcomed as I could stretch the limited budget I had. The resort is really well maintained and the staff so friendly and welcoming. I booked the Tulbagh room for 5 adults as it has easy access to the pool for both my mother and in-laws as they are all over 70. Really a fantastic resort with a lot to sea and enjoy. I will surely return for the next family getaway.

Everything was above my expectations. I really enjoyed my time. It was a special experience that I would like to share with my acquaintances.
No complaints, everything was fine and we had a very nice stay. Als was in good, working condition.
I mentioned that my 3 year old grandson and I would be staying in the unit. I feel that I should have been informed that there are dangerous stairs if we stay in Badsberg units. I also asked for a unit close to the indoor pool as bad weather was expected and I had a little one with me. People with big kids stayed close by and I had to walk around from the back with a 3 year old to get into the front of the pool. So I think that the admin is not doing enough to decide who goes in which unit. It would have been better for me to go in modern rondavels which were cheaper because then I could have just driven a bit and parked in front of the pool area which would have made it much easier with the grandson. Going out at 09:00 is also bad because the norm is usually 10:00 at most places.
We had a beautiful stay. We joined up so we can visit more. Loved the pools. Had breakfast at the restaurant ─ not expensive. We will see you soon.

The place was easy to find. From arrival the reception was warm and the people on the resort were very helpful and I enjoyed my time there.
Seems like this place is always full. No towels gets provided as before, but also no communication regarding that. The old water pool is just as warm as any other pool they have. I will not go in summer to Goudini anymore. Maybe winter.
We really enjoyed the view, silence and activities despite the fact that the rooms were dusty and the beds were not properly made. Although we could lock the doors we didn't feel our stuff was safe because people could move in and out freely. We are a big family and had 2 apartments that were a bit far apart. There was an apartment available directly next to the one, but the staff refused to give it to us on the first day, saying it was under construction, but it was given the next morning at our insistence. We only had 2 nights there and obviously wanted to spend as much time as possible together.

I enjoyed my stay overall. I have always been a fan of Goudini. However the rondavel we stayed in was not clean and although it was the newer, revamped rondavel it could really do with some cosmetic finishes i.e. broken tiles, chipped paint, missing and odd cutlery and crockery.

The rondavel is definitely not okay. I would not have chosen if I knew what it looks like. I was under the impression that I'll be getting the upgraded rondavels.
Perfect location, great setup. A place for everyone - couples, family, friends ect.
A lil bit of guidance when we got to the resort would've been appreciated. It was our first time so we didn't know of the activities and no one was willing to guide us. We didn't know where to find what, what to do, what activities do they offer etc. Even when we asked, the staff of Goudini are very unfriendly and cold.
Everything was perfect except the kitchen and bathrooms, there were no shampoo no soap for dishes and hands. I wished if there was basic things in the kitchen such as salt&pepper.
We booked a chalet but were placed in a rondavel. There were no towels or toiletries. Upon enquiry, we were told that only the 5 bed units and above get towels. These were never shared with us.
We were way earlier than check-in time because we came from Bloemfontein and drove through the night. Reception had no problem accommodating us. We were only there for one day and night, but it certainly won't be my last visit.
No kitchen facilities, old chips on the sleeper couch. Dirty place.

It will help to receive a complete information sheet on arrival, regarding general rules and layout of the site. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was noticeable at all times and is truly appreciated. The only disappointment was our dinner in the restaurant. The service was great, but the food was really not up to expectations.

I will never go back or recommend anyone. We were at home in an upgraded rondavel. Blinders didn't even close properly. Kitchen cupboard hinges were broken and the handles so creepy dirty. The place was not even cleaned properly. I was very disappointed and feel I wasted money staying there.
The children had fun at the spa and we had a relaxing time with some beautiful l views from the rondavel. We had some issues to book in as they could not find my details on the main list of the day. Only after some time one attendant was thinking about the other list of guest that they have. To my surprise the booking out time on their document stated 09:00 and on the information that I had with me the time was 10:00. I was hoping that I could get the support for my questions on the day, but was handed the contact details of a person.

The stay at Goudini was short and awful! The check in process is like standing at a queue for football tickets! I am very sure that the photos on your website of the accommodation was not that of the oldest rondawel (not renovated). We arrived after 14:00 and the beds were not made up, the lady advised they were still waiting for laundry. They were busy cutting the lawn for the next 2 hours, which was so noisy! We then decided to go to the pool, the water was not warm (nothing like Montagu and the Baths, Citrusdal). The most annoying thing was the young people sitting around the pool drinking alcohol from glass cups. Not only did they stink of alcohol, they were very noisy. The water did not feel clean and crisp. Entering Goudini, the place looks neat and tidy and one can see great renovations have taken place, but I am not sure why I got the awful, run-down rondawel, no 61 and there is no control over the type of guests. I discussed this with my partner and we both decided it was better to pack up and go, which we did. I told the reception this was the quickest visit ever, and they did not even bother to ask why I was checking out so soon.
In the first place, there are not sufficient signs from the main road to indicate the turn off to Goudini. The rondavel does not have enough lighting in the kitchen above the stove that you can see what is going on in your pot. I would not recommend it. ATKV resorts are not what they used to be.

It was an enjoyable 4 days, very nice.
We had a terrible stay with heavy construction going on right next to our bedroom window from 8 am to 5 pm every day. Chopping, grinding, jackhammers etc. we were not informed of this in advance and upon complaining they wanted to give us a place (for the last night) further away from the noise since we booked through TravelGround our accommodation was in their words "the basic" and furthest away from the facilities so even though we booked from a Sunday night to a Wednesday and we could see that there were only a few people around, the rondavel they gave us next to the construction sight was "the only one available". There were workers mixing sand etc right next to our braai area so I did not feel comfortable to even have a braai with so many men watching.We left there both sick with flu and big headaches. There were so many excuses made, instead of doing something the only thing we received from them was a note under the door asking us to urgently settle our outstanding account. WHICH WAS PAID IN FULL 4 months ago through TravelGround. What a bad, unpleasant experience we had after looking forward to our annual anniversary break at a place that promise relaxation and serenity. I will not recommend this place at all. Goudini Spa will never see us again. Rondavel was also mouldy and ice cold. There is no heating even in heart of winter.
Initially we weren't happy with the Badsberg unit because it was cramped and dark. The lady at reception was very friendly and gave us the option of two other units after which we took the Tulbagh unit. We had a lovely stay here even though unit was also quite dark, but still feel the unit does not justify the price.
We were very impressed with the accommodation as well as the cleanliness of the pools and surroundings. The restaurant was excellent and very good value for money. In general the Spa is well looked after. The only comment is that pools are very open and small children if not looked after can fall and hurt themselves.

Good value for money rather than travelling further to more expensive places. Lovely surrounds and it's very safe.
The rondavel is poorly equipped, no proper seating. TV almost to the roof, therefore very uncomfortable to watch. No towels in accommodation. No washing up liquid or dish towels. Poor lighting. Price indicated on the Internet differs drastically from quotation. For the price paid, much more was expected.
The place has one of the best locations and is very safe, but there were some things that could be improved. One of the toilets was making a terrible noise when flushing - in the same bathroom the ceiling light was hanging half loose and about ready to fall on someone's head. I also feel that the wind, especially at night from the southeast, can be sheltered a little on the patio with any pull down sails. We also experienced that there was a car driving around with loud music in the middle of the night, this after the rule very clearly refers that no loud music and silence must be maintained after 11 in the evening. These are very expensive places and you expect everything to be right - if Goudini can't confirm to me that it has been fixed, we won't be visiting there again.
It was a lovely place. The swimming pools were great! My kids enjoyed the water slide, but could get only 1 hour of it. It doesn't stay open for long.
A very beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Helpful and very honest. I have left some foodstuff and drivers licence in the house when we left. The staff made a very good effort to get hold of us and returned the stuff we left there.
Definitely will not stay there again. The place we slept in is outdated and I feel that to pay so much money per night we could have used guest house instead. The bathroom doesn't even have toilet paper in it. Now you get there late on Sunday afternoon and then have to fumble for toilet paper. I feel in this modern age it is extremely extremely weak!
The reception was very cold and unwelcoming.
Large indoor pool was fantastic while the weather was cold and rainy.
