The place is very clean and quiet, very safe for young and old. The sea is with you. I enjoyed the morning walks on the beach. I recommend the place to anyone.
Good place to stay for family. Safe environment at beach.
What I love about the place is the safety and peacefulness.
Everything we needed for the stay there.
Hanging out with young children. The house is comfortable with everything you need. The indoor barbecue for the windy evenings. Safe, clean and tidy beach. A canopy for the hot days will round things off just nicely.
It's so close to the beach, luxury amenities are top notch. Safe complex, very good and safe feeling when moving around. Close to all the famous shops to replenish all the supplements quickly. Beautiful beach, and nice to just do beach activities and relax. Would love to go back again and again and again.

This is an absolutely fantastic place. Safe and close to beach. Children can ride their bikes around the complex with peace of mind. The sea view is breathtaking and the beach is quiet and has the nicest waves. Very safe. Barrier going to the beach only for people staying in the complex. Close to shops and restaurants. Quiet environment. Neat accommodation. Just the right size for family of 6. Everything you need and a bonus of a dishwasher. I would recommend Sea Cottage 52 with the utmost confidence. It was so nice to vacation there. You will see us again soon.
No one receives you at the gate. You and she wait outside for homeowners to open for you and then no one has a clue where you need to go. 2 hours later after many calls and back and forth we were able to enter the unit. Bitterly disappointed with the condition of the place, blinds broken, many not working. One fan in the braai room. Very old shower, sink and toilet. Master bedroom very small. closets few with no mirror for a woman except one small mirror inside closet door. No ventilation apart from 2 small opening windows. Upper bedroom 2 small venters that don't stay open when you open them. Geyser was not on. Braai has no light. If you open curtains for ventilation, the security light shines into both rooms.
Following faults found: Toilet seat, wardrobe above lock, shower head and taps.
Lovely, well appointed home. Everything one could need. Dishwasher is a great convenience and washing machine means you can travel light. Bathroom well planned. Free WiFi was also a surprise. Nice walking distance from Hartenbos and Diaz water park. What I did experience badly: Master bedroom is right in front of a street light, there needs to be a blind installed. We had to hang a blanket in front of the window to sleep. There is also no covered parking, so our car sat in the sun all day. Despite this, we had a great stay!
Price is a bit high for what you get.
All I would recommend is blinds in the rooms. There is a spotlight right in front of the rooms which lets a lot of light into the rooms and which makes it difficult to sleep. I would also recommend a toilet in the room upstairs, as you have to climb stairs to the bathroom downstairs in the middle of the night. Also more comfortable couches in TV room.
