Very nice and relaxed.
If I sleep badly on a soft bed and pillow, I am immediately uncomfortable. Here we slept wonderfully. Will definitely stay there again if we are in Jeffreys.
The accommodation is compact and somewhat dark. There is a mirror over the window in the bathroom which makes a lot of noise when the fan is on. The shower is nice and big, but the kitchen area is very small and there is no trash. There is a small trash can in the bathroom that one had to use for all garbage. Unfortunately, the toilet leaks all the time with a trickle of water, even though an apology was made for it afterwards. The beds are very comfortable and it would be nice if there were foot mats with each bed. Furthermore, the accommodation is neat and clean. The street is busy, but there are many shopping facilities nearby. Unfortunately, there is no mention that your car must be parked outside on the street.
Very nice stay, all that was a problem was the parking area where you park on the main street, but otherwise everything was great.

The management of the Beach Cabanas was excellent, they are present and attend to all the residents' needs. The daily cleaning is of extremely high quality. Als is very clean and tidy. Walking distance from the beach and all businesses are around the corner.
Friendly and neat.
The room was very tidy, some of our lights didn't work, we assumed the bulbs had gone. We did have an incident over the weekend where the staff were visiting and the music was quite loud.
Very nice and quiet and very well located to visit restaurants and places to eat.

Beach Cabanas was amazing, the people are very friendly, made us feel right at home, after spending one night there, we wanted to stay over again, and they were able to accommodate us no questions asked, we want to go back in the near future and stay longer.
Bar on the premises worried us a bit, there were students visiting there and we had to drive back to Pretoria the next day, however they stopped just before 11, whether it was by management or whether they decided themselves to go silent I'm not sure, there was no response to my SMS queries if they have silence rule after certain time.
The place is very clean and the manger/owners are great. Swimming pool area is a winner as well as the braai area. Can't complain about anything, very accommodating.

Good value for money accommodation in the heart of Jeffreys Bay close to several fast food restaurants, checkers and clicks as well as a stone's throw from the beach.

The moment we walked in we felt at home. We were received very kindly and I got the feeling that the staff would go out of their way to help us. The room was very neat and had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. We will definitely stay there again in the future. I highly recommend it.
Beach Cabanas definitely put their guests first, from the first call to the reservation to discuss our special requests, to the wine and pastries on Christmas the service was "awesome". The staff is friendly and professional. Each unit has its own balcony and morning coffee with the sea as background music was just what we needed. Beach Cabanas is centrally located and we rarely used our car. The units are well equipped and cleaned daily, a definite plus. We would definitely recommend Beach Canbanas and hope to return soon.
We will definitely check in there again when we go to JBay again soon. Best of all was Joy, the lady who works there. She's just absolutely dynamic - there's no other word for her.

Make sure that when you check in at Beach Cabanas for your vacation that you go through everything in the cabana and report any mistakes immediately. I felt like a villain when the owner called me four hours after we left and asked me if I might know anything about the bulbs in the bedside lamps that are no longer there, which were there before we checked in.
Always a pleasant resort to visit, peaceful and quiet with all the amenities needed and great staff who make you feel welcome.

We had a wonderful stay. Neat room with double bed, small self-catering kitchen with small fridge and nice clean bathroom with shower.
Our stay was very nice for us. The place was very clean and tidy and we lacked nothing. The staff were very helpful and friendly and just waited for us with all documents and receipt ready. We appreciated the place's tranquility, because we could rest well after the long journey. All that bothered me a bit is that vehicles have to be parked outside.
My significant other and I stayed there for 6 nights during the first week in January 2014. We couldn't have hoped for better. Very clean, safe, quiet, with the staff and owner particularly helpful. Beautiful garden with small pool. Felt completely at home. Our children and family were also able to use the swimming pool although they stayed elsewhere. However, I missed kykNET... the few times we had time to watch TV.
