The Beach House is located on the beach, facing North-West with beautiful sunsets. Shelly Point golf course with spa treatments and restaurant is a 5 min drive. a launching facility for light vessels is 500 m away. There are plenty of activities for guests to enjoy, such as fishing, kayaking, surfing and diving for crayfish, when in season. Paternoster is a 20 min drive away, Vredenburg is the closest big town and offers all major shops, doctors and a hospital.

Beach house is great for larger families or groups. There are several living areas, two kitchens, which serve well if you have different activities going on. Easy access directly to the beach and great views of the waves on your doorstep. We always look for pet-friendly places, which is great, but we just had to be wary as there is no fence to keep pets in.

We always enjoy our stay at Beach House Britannia Bay. Besides the excellent location, it is also very well equipped and the decisive factor is the typical "beach house" atmosphere. The house simply stays nice! It is not so luxurious that you feel you have to wash your feet 10 times before entering the house when you come from the beach, but still there are luxuries such as WiFi and DSTV and the interior decoration is exquisite and beautiful! The beds also sleep wonderfully. I don't want to stay anywhere else in Britannia Bay or the West Coast, even if it's just me and my husband sometimes. The house can accommodate a very large family or group with ease.

A spacious house, a great little lawn area for chilling and steps away from the beach, which made it great for the kids, we could watch them from the house and they could venture on their own. Some of the kitchen amenities could use an upgrade, the pans were not great, but the house has everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. The beach is quiet and relatively private, and we spotted some dolphins! A quiet neighbourhood, and a cute little peaceful town.
Perfectly located and spacious enough not to feel cramped. Very privileged to have our family dog with as well.
Unfortunately, the weather didn't play nicely with us, but we made the most of the beautiful house and stunning views.

Beach House Britannia Bay is very well located right on the beach with an unobstructed view. Very nice beach and not too busy in April. The house is very spacious and caters for a large group's needs. Nice holiday home but everyone also has their privacy with 5 double rooms with bathrooms and 2 rooms with 2 single beds each. Would recommend that as there are 2 lounges, maybe 2 TV's, i.p. just one.
We had a wonderful stay at the Beach House Britannia Bay. Sitting on the patio watching the waves while the children play on the beach right in front of you is the best way to spend a few days away. I highly recommend this beautiful home away from home if you are looking for a peaceful few days away.

What a lovely house. Perfect location, perfect holiday home. The beach is so close the children enjoyed it incredibly. We fell in love with the beautiful place, which was very neat and clean. Definitely recommend it.

We were 4 families with children of different ages. This house was perfect. All the adults had sea view rooms, and the children's rooms were close to their parents'. There were enough bathrooms and also two kitchens and living areas. We didn't move into each other's space at all. We could have a barbecue on the stoep while the children played on the beach. We could see them all the time. It was great and we had such a great time relaxing. It's the first house where I could holiday without feeling cramped. And nothing beats the location!
The Beach House was wonderful, it is fully equipped, you only need to take your beach towels with and a braai iron. We had a relaxing stay, my dogs enjoyed the beach every day. We will be back.

We had such a nice stay! Our 2nd visit. The beach is private and clean. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Britannia Bay. The place creeps deep into your heart. Everything you need and right on the sea.
Some of the rooms had dust and might recommend WiFi.
Only problem I have with this house is that it is never ever available in the month of December, even if you book the 1st Jan of every new year, it seems to be full and I think it's very unfair that the same people can get the same time and place every time , what I also notice is that the same family or people book the place every year and this means that no one else can occupy the place on a December and that is not right. It's very unfair, but it's probably the relationship the people have with the agency, because I try every year when the clock strikes for a new year, then it just says full for the dates.
Our stay at Beach House Britannia Bay was the best family holiday we have ever experienced. The beach house is beautiful and the stay was wonderful. Being able to get up in the morning and listen to the sea and look at it was something special.
A family visit over Heritage weekend. A spacious home, very neat and well equipped. Will book again anytime. Just sorry, no Wi-Fi. And unfortunately, MTN tower was out of order.
We as a family wanted a quick getaway and couldn't have chosen a better place. The sunsets are indescribably beautiful. The house is well equipped with everything you need. Ideal for large families, two families or if you want to bring parents along.

With a large group (13 people) with ages ranging from 6 to 92 plus a dog is not easy to find a quality home life this that caters for every need. It was a wonderfully relaxing stay and we will be back!

The house is very well equipped, clean and tidy. The location is excellent, wonderful to be able to see, hear and smell the sea from the house and just a few steps down you are at a nice big beach. We were a large group of 10 people, but there was more than enough space for everyone.

Stunning place with ample space for a big group of people. The house is decorated beautifully and fully equipped. Easy beach access to some of the coldest water I have ever set my feet in, but totally worth it and the kids did not mind. This place is a little secluded in terms of easy access to bigger retail shops for supplies, but if well planned; is exactly the place to go and find your soul. I was very sad to leave. Highly recommended.

We had the most amazing time at this spectacular property. The location is just to die for and we loved the furnishings. I would just advise a bit of instruction when collecting the key on the alarm and entrances as it was confusing, we tried to enter at the first entrance but none of the keys fit and didn't know all 3 gates are for the same property.
Everything is as described. Neat, clean, tasteful and spacious. We had a great time. The house is well equipped and the location unbeatable. So nice to be able to just walk to the beach as many times as you want and be able to listen to the sea all night long. It would be cool if there were lamps for loadshedding. We are also used to places like this leaving a file with basic information in a prominent place, but couldn't find anything. Nothing serious, just a suggestion. Thank you so much for letting us have this beautiful place to ourselves for a while!
We were celebrating my birthday and had 12 family and friends staying for the weekend. Initially there were a few hitches (eg. basin pipes leaking) but these were sorted out very quickly. Some aspects of the cleaning were not perfect, but then who of us is perfect! It was a great way to relax and enjoy the occasion.
We had such a lovely break away in beautiful accommodation in a picture-perfect setting. Kids loved being able to go to the beach whenever they wanted as we could keep an eye on them from the house. Belinda was kind enough to quickly sort out an issue with the DSTV.
We immediately noticed that the house is well maintained and that the owners are proud of their property! If we have such a large group together again, we will definitely visit here again!
Some minor issues. Not addressed by the agent initially, but quickly (extremely) by the owner. We loved everything. Plenty of bedrooms. Right on the beach. We went for peaceful walks. Some went for runs. Was absolutely stunning. Best way to spend a 60th birthday.
The house is perfectly located for a wonderful getaway. The indoor braai and Dover stove provided lovely heat for the cold winter evenings! There was everything we needed with more than enough space for everyone and our four-legged son. We would definitely recommend this getaway venue!
We stressed that we were a bunch of girls traveling together and wanted security. The alarm only works when there is no one there. That doesn't help unfortunately. We wanted to feel safe at night.
We enjoyed the house very much. Everything is very neat, clean and nicely furnished. The view on the beach is wonderful and the fact that you can sit on the porch and watch your toddlers play every step of the way on the beach in front of you is fantastic! It's also a lovely home for 2 or more families to go together because everyone will be able to hang out and still have their privacy. We will definitely book Beach House Britannia Bay again!

Britannia Bay is a hidden gem on the west coast. And the Beach House is perfectly located - feel like you have your own piece of private beach and vacation spot! LOVELY house with everything you need. Breathtaking view, nice barbecue and place to visit. We will definitely go back again!!!
We enjoyed the stay very much. Would recommend that they provide the minimum necessities, which self-catering usually includes, such as sufficient black bags, toilet paper and hand washing soap. It would have made our visit more pleasant.

The house is spacious and accommodates a large group of people very easily. The patio is a nice place to relax and the views are fantastic. Just a few steps to the beach is a big bonus.
What a lovely couple of days in Beach House. We were all sad to leave the place. The unique location (right on the beach) and well-equipped house was fantastic for our large group. 3 families = 1 grandmother and grandfather, plus mom and dad with 2 babies, plus mom and dad with 3 teens, with space for all. What I particularly enjoyed is that so many of the rooms look out over the ocean. There is also a lovely veranda with braai facilities where we spent most of our time just sitting and chatting and enjoying the view.

This is just the greatest place by far, with myself having a 2 year old I was very picky about choosing a place, but I couldn't make a better choice. It's so spacious, enough space for kids to play, no sharp objects in or around house, enough space to move around, so we could relax and kids enjoy themselves without us having to guard them. Neighborhood so so lovely, even met great friendly neighbours, so we had one of the best times there, and we are going back next month, so I'll definitely give the place an 11/10.
We had a lovely, too-short, stay! Plenty of space in the house to accommodate everyone in comfort with wonderful views from the patio. Enjoyed the direct access to the beach and the location. Very peaceful. Appreciated the bird feeder and water troughs to attract some birds. Would definitely like to come back for a longer stay.

It feels like a home away from home, all you need to take with you for your stay is your food and clothes. The house is very well furnished with everything you could need to enjoy your time there. Definitely value for money, 10/10 for cleanliness, location and customer service. Many thanks to Annami for everything, we were even able to extend our stay and leave only at 14h00. Her customer service is excellent and her help was available even after we left as we left some items there. Thanks for the convenient way to make reservations, and no hidden costs. For large families this is an excellent home. Most rooms have en-suite bathrooms and the house is divided so that each family has their own privacy. The kitchen is nice and big and well equipped with everything from plates and glasses to a dishwasher. Almost every room has a sea view and the stoep has a built-in braai where you can relax with the sound of the waves in the background. There is a Spar not too far away where you can shop and the area is quiet and safe. We will be back again! If you book the whole house, you have 2 kitchens at your disposal! Excellent value for money.
We had a wonderful stay here for a weekend. The house is on the beach, equipped to sleep 14 people very comfortably. Two open plan kitchens with fireplaces in the living area kept us cozy and allowed us to enjoy a big dinner together. 10/10, will recommend and most definitely be back. Dankie!
The first thing you notice is the breathtaking view. Blue skies, blue ocean and waves crashing a few meters away. We saw dolphins while having breakfast on the last morning! The bedding was fresh and tasteful. The kitchen was very well equipped. We cooked, baked and had a braai to outlet hearts content. Good shower temperature and pressures. Overall a very good looking place.
Beach House Britannia Bay was amazing, when I got there, it was much more than expected, clean linen etc, the whole house was spotless, it had everything you could think of and more and comfortable beds!
