We had a fantastic time. What a beautiful 180-degree undisturbed sea view, lots of joggers, people walking their dogs, cyclists, and fishing on rocks across the street. Two adults and our Jack Russell. Bring extra fans as we had hot days and used our fans on the veranda. Inside the unit, there are ceiling fans. The load shedding did not really bother us; we worked around it. There is a washing machine, but I brought my own freestanding washing dry rack and pegs as this worked better for me than the tumble dryer. The host was fantastic. She waited up for us arriving only at 9pm on the 1st of Feb 2024. We appreciated everything she did for us and made sure we were comfortable. There are hangers for clothes as well, an umbrella for the veranda table, and a nice big fridge. Dishcloths, mop, broom, and dishwashing soap are provided. I will next time take along a vacuum cleaner; with a dog, it works better than a broom. This was the first time we took Charlie along, so I overpacked. Charlie was so excited he did not play with his toys and for about 5 days did not really eat as the dogs passing the complex entertained him. I am sure he enjoyed the holiday more than us. Bring your own bath towels as well. I brought my own sheets and cushions as my Jack Russell enjoys the bed. I also brought blankets to throw over the couches. Charlie had a great time. He enjoyed the dogs walking past the complex. In the evenings, we sat on the veranda and chilled or went to the piers feeding the cats. The sound of the waves has a calming effect. Our unit was on the first floor, so there are stairs to be warned of, but it is only a nuisance when unpacking. It is not wheelchair friendly as your undercover parking bay is a few steps away. We also had use of the locked-up garage thanks to the host. The weather played along, and the swimming pool inside the complex was a great bonus to cool off. There are lots of dog-friendly restaurants. Do not pass The Pumphouse, about 300m from Beau Vista. I cannot express enough how close to the beach you cannot be.
I would recommend Beau Vista nr4 anytime. The perfect hostess is very friendly and helpful. We wanted to stay longer but unfortunately the place was fully booked. The view is excellent and it is very neatly furnished. My 2 Toy Poms sat on the balcony all day watching the sea. We found our place where we will book every time from now on. There is absolutely everything you could need like at your own home. The washing machine and tumble dryer are of course a huge bonus. I'm sure it was the most enjoyable and comfortable vacation ever. It's wonderful to open your eyes in the morning and experience the sunrise right out of bed over the water. The place is actually much bigger and more beautiful than the photos. Thank you very much for allowing us to rest so well in your place. Love the.

The place was well kept and clean. Perfect welcoming. However, there were no mats or rugs anywhere in the unit. Secondly, there was just 1 small dim light for load shedding which wasn't bright enough to even go to the bathroom or toilet. After several messages and a few calls the next day, we got a rechargeable light from the owner. I think more backup lights would be great for future use. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Rene, our host, was fantastic. The unit was lovely and well-positioned. Lovely sea view, nice linen and beds. Will be back. Kitchen needs an upgrade, cupboard doors need replacing and regarding the kitchen drawers, the vinyl covering is peeling off.
Renee was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely use the place to stay again. It was lovely to hear the sea in your ears all the time.

WiFi available very useful. Hostess made arrangements for connection with DSTV. All problem was the load shedding every evening only if there is food to be cooked between 5-7. Gas grill on porch was very handy in those times. Can recommend the apartment and hostess is friendly and helpful.

It is a fantastic house with a very nice view and close to the beach.
The Geyser does not work properly, or let me explain. With 6 People in the house only 3 can shower in the morning. Water ice cold when it comes to the 4th person. Same situation at night time. Maybe have a look at the geyser. Might be too small or does not heat up top quickly. Another example that we encountered - we can do dishes and then want to go shower because there will not be enough hot water for all 6 people. The cottage sleeps 6, so the geyser should be able to handle 6 people.

Renee is a fantastic host who makes sure guests are well looked after, and has a warm and lovely personality. The unit is much more spacious than others we've stayed in with all the facilities we needed for the week, so we didn't feel hemmed in on rainy days.

Ideal location, lovely view, feels like you are on the beach with only a street between the unit and the sea, walking distance from the Manaba beach Blue-Flag main beach, warm and friendly reception by René who was so nice and even ' granted us an early check-in time. Can highly recommend.

I'm the manager at Klaserie Dam in Hoedspruit and don't always get the chance to break away, so when the opportunity did arise I grabbed it with both hands, and Beau Vista no 4 was fantastic, what you see is exactly what you get Clean, tidy, affordable, and close to everything. With our rental car we were allowed 200 km a day, so Beau Vista no 4 was nice and close to everything and we could save the kilometers for uShaka, the Sarie Marais, Wild Coast Sun and Pistol Saloon. Already planning the next one.

Location just right, if you fish, walk across the road then you are on the rocks, apartment clean and tidy, Renee very helpful, arranged an extra freezer for us to put our fish in. Definitely recommend the place.

It's lovely to walk into Renee at Beau Vista no 4 after a long journey. It's an oasis. You are having a great time. Everything you need is there. It's very homely. I will definitely check in there again.
The place is beautiful with a perfect view. One does not even have to go anywhere, you can just enjoy the view while braaing with friends. The owner is a sweetheart.

I think Beau Vista No 4 is an incredibly nice place to stay. It is just a pity that they advertise that the facilities include DStv Premium and aircon, but that wasn't available when we went. We were also infromed that they were busy with upgrades in the complex. The first two days were unpleasant seeing as how the workers started early mornings already, painting the flat and making a noise.
Beau Vista is a safe, private complex close to the beach. The apartment is spacious and it has a fantastic view of the ocean. The beach is walking-distance and all the shops and centres are only a view minutes' drive. Lovely pool and covered baai, ideal for a braai when the kids are having fun in the pool.
The apartment was fully equipped, very safe and the sea view fantastic. Thank you Renee for your kindness, we will definitely do it again.

We were warmly welcomed by Renee, and felt very much at home. The sea view of 180° was excellent. The Premium DStv was a nice extra, especially on a rainy day which we had. The complex is close to the beach and within walking distance from the swimming beaches. We will visit them again and highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beau Vista no 4. Everything was neat and clean, the place was nice and big enough for the 5 of us and the view was beautiful. The complex has a salt water pool which was lovely to cool off in, and we were conveniently close to shops and even movies (ideal for a rainy day). The swimming beach is nice and close. The unit has two showers and not a bath, but we soon convinced our little girl to 'play-shower' the nice spacious shower with a main shower head and a hand shower head (nice for her) which she loves enjoyed

After our journey from Heidelberg, Gauteng we were received hospitably. Our accommodation absolutely met all our requirements. Although the weather didn't cooperate, our stay was still lovely and very relaxing and it was fantastic to be right on the sea - a nice quiet and peaceful environment and at the same time close enough to shopping centers and all other facilities. The accommodation is highly recommended.
