We fit in a mid-week visit in Graskop at this beautiful luxury unit at the Ligthelms van Graskop. They went out of their way to make the visit pleasant and we really enjoyed the visit with our two miniature pinschers there. The unit is very luxurious and tastefully furnished. Cleaning service is great and we felt very safe. They are well equipped with lamps and gas for the power schedules where there was no power. 5 stars in every way.
The lady offered to make us a meal.
Aunt Hattie's service is great. Sommer himself ran out into the rain, with an umbrella, to open for us. We were out for the day and returned to the chalet late. When we arrived the lights were on for us. The place is so beautiful, I just wanted to move in. I couldn't bring myself to deduct even half a star for location, as Aunt Hattie and Uncle Johan have no control over their municipality and the potholes. After the service and homely friendliness we receive, we look beyond the pitfalls.
It's always difficult to find good self-catering accommodation, but Beausa Chalets exceeded all expectations.

What a lovely couple who own the place, helpful, hospitable, open, kind and generous. They spoilt us beyond as it was our honeymoon. We felt like we were in a 5 star guest lodge and to us it was. We have stayed in majestic places all over the globe, but the hospitality of this couple and the cleanliness of the unit was breathtaking.
I decided to take my mother to the Lowveld to get away from the city. Our stay at Beasa was incredibly nice and the hospitality of the owners really impressed her. That and the incredibly nice apartment made a lasting impression on her. We had to drive early on the Sunday and she was very sorry that she couldn't say goodbye to the people herself.

We had a friendly welcoming. The unit is equipped with everything we could've wanted and it was so clean and neat. We were provided some wood for the braai and fireplace, which was really appreciated.

It was the best guesthouse my husband and I have stayed at ever! From the minute Hettie contacted me to ask if we were "OK" until the time we had to leave the next morning, it was like being in paradise. The friendliness, the clean and neat accommodation, the warmth of the reception! We were so disappointed that we could only spend one night there. To Dr Ligthelm and Hettie, thank you very very much for your friendliness. We are sorry that we could not stay longer and chat.
We wanted to visit the Kruger Park and the waterfalls and such. Beausa's location was ideal for our needs.
We were very surprised to see how clean and tidy the place was. Lettie fell over her feet to help us with milk and coffee. The children really enjoyed the garden and especially the Jack Russel, Rosie, and played endlessly. The garden was very beautiful and gave us many ideas to change our garden. We will definitely stay there again.
The house was very clean and tidy. Everything one needs is there. The veranda overlooking a beautiful garden was lovely and peaceful to sit on. Nice close to town. Very nice and clean cottage to stay over. Although there wasn't warm water, I'll still recommend it to family and friends. The firewood and fireplace was very nice.

Wonderful value for money ... centrally situated for all the attractions within the 100km area. It's fully furnished, and all you need to bring is your own food and clothes. Many thanks again to the owner for her wonderful hospitality.
