The bedrooms are next to one of the farm ponds and are furnished with a double bed or 2 single beds with white quality linen and towels. Each room has its private en-suite bathroom and tea and coffee-making facilities.
The farm-style Lapa is located on the banks of the farm dam, just a few steps from the rooms. The Lapa has communal kitchen facilities such as a fridge, microwave oven, two plate stove, tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery, crockery, and washing up facilities for all the bedrooms. There is also a TV with DStv. Enjoy a function or event with the majestic mountains in the background.

It is located outside the town on the most beautiful farm. It is quiet and peaceful. Safe. Neat and everything you need. Our hostess left our key in the door for us because we could only come in later and we could only leave the key in the door because we had to go out again very early. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

For self-catering, a pot or two might work. Small gas dust. Other than that, everything was great.
It was great for a short stay. Would have really appreciated a few rusks for in the morning and another chair so we could both have sat outside.
Only additional note is to please ensure things for usage are refilled i.e bath soaps and shampoos, air freshener etc. most in our rooms were empty. Also recommend getting a two pin plug in rooms for phone chargers etc. or advise guests to bring their own.

The units are clean and tidy. Proximity to the mountains and views over the valley are great. One note though, the location of the units in close proximity to the functions venue. A quiet escape in the countryside could possible be disturbed by the music of a happy and lively party deep into the evening. It may not be appreciated by everyone. Other than that, a very nice stay.

The stay was something else. Cottage was comfortable. The hostess was very helpful. The accommodation was far and close enough to the places in the area. It was a bit cold, but the air conditioner helped a lot. The environment was wonderful. I will definitely go back in the summer. Would be nice to find information about the area in the accommodation places.
We were a group of Capetians attending a famous local festival in the Breede River Valley. For our own safety we decided to find a place to stay the night. Bergland could easily accommodate our entire group. The rooms were extremely neat and very nicely furnished. I expected much less for the price. The breathtaking view from the foot of the Brandwagberge was of course a free bonus. Bergland is an excellent choice for a Worcester break!
What a pleasant surprise awaited us! We were a group of colleagues who spent the night at Bergland on Saturday night for some team building. There was a delicious lapa at our disposal with an indoor braai, long tables and equipped with a two-plate stove and microwave. The rooms were perfect for our needs ─ beautiful and clean with white bedding. Theresa was an excellent hostess and immediately helped us with a request (extra blankets!) We look forward to the next visit to Bergland!

Very neat, clean accommodation in a beautiful area. The kitchen is an excellent idea - spacious, well-equipped and a lovely entertainment area. The room is comfortable with enough plugs. A couple of recommendations to improve the experience even more: some soap and shampoo in the bathroom and a dustbin there. We will stay there again if we are in the area. Description
The 2-bedroom chalets feature a double bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. Linen and towels are included. They each have an open-plan kitchen and lounge, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, toaster, electric frying pan, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. Braai facilities are also available for guests' use.
From the R43 a broad dirt road leads to the entrance wall of Bergland.
The accommodation has 10 bedrooms and 4 chalets.
The bedrooms are next to one of the farm ponds and are furnished with a double bed or 2 single beds with white quality linen and towels. Each room has its private en-suite bathroom and tea and coffee-making facilities.
The farm-style Lapa is located on the banks of the farm dam, just a few steps from the rooms. The Lapa has communal kitchen facilities such as a fridge, microwave oven, two plate stove, tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery, crockery, and washing up facilities for all the bedrooms. There is also a TV with DStv. Enjoy a function or event with the majestic mountains in the background.
There is also a swimming pool that forms part of the rooms and the Lapa area. Please note that the guests in the rooms have exclusive use of these areas. The chalets have no access to these communal facilities. The 4 chalets make use of the communal swimming pool at the campsite close by. A short path leads to the swimming pool just behind the chalets.
The 1-bedroom chalets are also surrounded by vineyards and have beautiful mountain views. The chalets each have 1 bedroom with a double bed and a living area with a single bed. Linen and towels are provided. The open plan kitchen has a fridge, toaster, microwave oven, electric braai pan, tea, and coffee making facilities, cutlery, and crockery.
The one-bedroom chalets do not have private bathrooms inside but use stylish bathrooms just outside the units. Each chalet has its own private bathroom. Braai facilities are also available.
