Blue Skies Country House is away from the hustle and bustle, but only 10 minutes away from the Greenacres and Walmer Park shopping malls. A 10 minute drive will bring you to the beautiful beach of Sardinia Bay and many other lovely seaside areas. There are two 9-hole Golf courses within 3 kilometres, the Kragga Kamma Game Park, hiking trails and country restaurants close by. There are numerous wedding venues in close proximity, so it is convenient for brides and bridal parties to prepare in one of our large garden suits or reserve the function room. The garden is lovely for prenuptial photos and also suitable for large groups of out of town guests attending the wedding.

Jackie was so attentive. Felt as though I'd been there many times before. Breakfast was wonderful. Everything that could have been needed was in the room. Good value for money. At that price, I would recommend to anyone.

My mom and I came to PE for a family celebration and brought our two dogs along. Blue Skies Country House came up as a dog-friendly venue, of which there are not many. Well, I'd come back to stay even without dogs! We enjoyed our spacious room that was clean, tidy and comfortable. Best of all is their massive property! The dogs just loved the huge garden. We were impressed with this already and then Jackie's breakfast bowled us over. I have not had such an excellent breakfast for ages. I can highly recommend Jackie's scrambled eggs! We spent so little time at this super venue but we do plan to be back in PE again to visit family. It is without hesitation that I will book here again.
Very friendly and homely. The pool was inviting, but the weather did not permit!
The place needs a very urgent makeover ESPECIALLY at reception ─ urgent paint. It is neglected. There are lots of mosquitos, but no fan or air conditioning, which would at least help with the heat and mosquitoes.

I made the reservation for friends of ours. The husband, wife and their little one thoroughly enjoyed it. Blue Skies is located in a quiet part of Port Elizabeth. There is a large swimming pool and more than enough lawns for children to enjoy playing. It is quiet, peaceful and therefore ideal for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The accommodations are very neat and big enough. The hostess, Jackie, is precious and motherly. Blue Skies offers absolute value for money and is definitely worth a visit!
Blue Skies County House has a relaxed and homely feel to it.
Lovely stay in a spacious room that can accommodate 4 people with ease. A lovely patio out to the garden and a very large yard - lovely for children. Not luxurious. Average quality linen but for the price it's excellent value!
Very nice, clean and safe! We would recommend it to everyone. Good value for money and very nice people.
