The lodge boasts 40 en suite rooms and conference facilities that can accommodate 5 to 250 delegates in all different styles. It is a beautiful and peaceful place to contemplate life or to brainstorm with colleagues.
We offer single rooms, double rooms, and a honeymoon suite. The honeymoon suite is a charming open-plan space with a large corner jacuzzi bath, softened by a lushly draped curtain. Special rooms are available which cater for disabled visitors. Visitors staying on the first floor can enjoy the scenery from the smoking patio, or have a morning coffee in the courtyard under white stinkwood trees.
All the rooms are equipped with DStv, coffee and tea facilities, a private entrance and a bar fridge. Some of the rooms have air-conditioning. Guests have their own access control and a fax facility is available at reception. There is also a daily laundry service, large and secure parking and free Wi-Fi is available, please enquire the password on check in.

Decorated in African prints with a mixture of rich earthy colours, a slate decoration in the spacious bathrooms and a gritty yellow ochre wall finish, the modern room design creates a feeling of space. 19 guests' feedbackAls was convenient. 2 points. Maybe put a little more coffee and milk in the room. One sometimes feels like an evening and morning coffee. The fan in the bathroom makes a terrible noise. Furthermore, very comfortable and beautiful.
A little pricier than many other options in the area.

Very friendly welcome and room was clean and spacious. There was a delicious muffin and coffee in our room. Breakfast is generous and service very good.

It is a very nice overnight facility. Linen and towels were clean and without odors. I would only have liked more coffee and milk in the room although the owner said it was available, don't feel like bothering for it.
Great stay, friendly host. Bath soap not available in the room. Unusual for a guesthouse. Secondly it was stated that breakfast was available, even lunch packs. We were disappointed to be told only on weekdays, which is not mentioned online.

Drawbacks were a very noisy fridge throughout the nights and advertised free Wi-Fi that did not work - tried reporting every morning before leaving for day but there were never anyone in office.
I booked at Bethal Bluegum Country Lodge for a weekend with my family including kids, we all enjoyed the stay there and we will be going back.
We were very satisfied with the facility and the service, but I missed the TV channel 144 and 400.
It's a peaceful and neat place. Definitely good value for money.

I stayed there for 3 nights. Neat, well equipped rooms. The electric blankets and quiet aircon were great. It was nice to be able to walk around outside, very beautiful. Highly recommended.
