31 guests' feedbackEverything went well, only the master bedroom's bed is uncomfortable, bed linen is old and washed out. No cleaning service.
The stay in the unit with sea view was very nice and peaceful. My companion and I would recommend it to anyone to stay there.
Unit could have more blankets (not the single thin "Pep" type blankets that cannot cover a full person). We had to buy our own for the very wet and cold conditions experienced this past week. 2 pillows on every bed are a must. Oven is dirty and rusty; needs a good clean. Unit needs lots of maintenance (broken door and windows cannot close and are noisy during windy nights). The ironing board and iron placed in the main bedroom is a put-off. The en-suite needs a little table of some sort for us women. Overall comfy but we expected a little more.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Had updates on the loadshedding for the period we stayed.
We were on a quick "minimoon" and this was the best choice and location. It's remote to get to all/many places quickly. In the evenings we left the window a little open to listen to the waves (haven't slept so well in a long time!). It created the most peaceful atmosphere. We saw the sunrise over the sea. We were well rested the day we had to say goodbye to Bondi Beach.
A wonderful peaceful weekend spent - kids enjoyed the tennis courts and games room and proximity to beach.
It's comfortable, neat, well-dressed and nicely supplied with braai facilities and kitchenware. The family unit was so comfortable, the shower facilities were great! Access to the main unit was easy. Large doors that slide open were exceptionally nice for the real seaside atmosphere. Will definitely come again!
Bondi Beach is a very quiet and peaceful complex with the feeling of sea and forest (daggers and goats grazing on the grass between the complex and beach). We were very grateful for their emergency water supply, the last morning there was no water.
We really enjoyed the time, the service is excellent. We could see the whales from the balcony and the children had fun playing at the playground provided. Thank you for the peaceful atmosphere and the cleanliness of the unit. May the Lord bless you.

Very nice stay for the third consecutive year.
We enjoyed our stay immensely. The practical accessibility to the private beach was the highlight of our stay for the whole family. This was almost always followed with a swim at the pool which the children absolutely loved and spent a lot of time at. We loved the apartment although found that the main bathroom was tiny. And we also would of loved accessibility to aircons which where available but not in use. But in saying that, we were notified of the aircons beforehand. Overall, a most enjoyable and practical stay and we definitely would love to go back again!

What a worldly unit! The photos cannot describe the view. Als was exceptional perfection. We regretted not being able to stay longer. Definitely value for money and more!
Wonderful accommodation almost on the beach.
We really enjoyed our time here. The view is beautiful. The unit was very comfortable especially with the washing machine in the unit. The service from Emmie was excellent. We would go back to the unit again anytime.
The shower door was defective, the couches and the carpet were very dirty. Otherwise it is a beautiful apartment and the facilities at Bondi Beach are good.
Had a great time with family. The area made us feel safe, no noise or busy highway nearby and the people were very friendly. I will definitely return.
There was a small problem during my stay in regards with the water problem. I do acknowledge it wasn't anyone's fault that there was a major pipe burst, my concern is just that the people in charge should communicate it to their guests as many of us are not from Durban. We had a water problem for two days. No one apologised or communicated it to us. It was very annoying. Apart from that I really enjoyed my stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed the braai/pool area. The security service at the gate was excellent. Unit was everything to our expectations.
Unfortunately we only stayed for 2 nights but it would have been great if we had more time. Beautiful view with the sound of the waves being a bonus. The place is nice and clean and just few meters from the beach. Its an amazing place for a nice and relaxing holiday. I would recommend it to anyone and we will most definitely make use of this accommodation in the future again.
Staff were friendly. 24 hour access controlled gate, security guard vigilant. Right on the beach, private access to the beach via a walkway. My stay was excellent, unit quite big. Would have been nice if air-con worked.
It was the first time for my family to stay at a self-catering accommodation. We stay in hotels for holidays. I loved that my children could sleep in, I didn't have to wake them up to go to breakfast. What I didn't like is that we did do inventory check only to find that a number of some glasses and teaspoon is not as listed.
Dish roast had no gas in it. Sink in the second bathroom's water out the back. Vacuum cleaner not working. Inventory is not up to date and correct at all. Instead, take stuff out of unity if it doesn't work.
Value for money. Central location and good security. Neat and clean facilities and friendly staff.
Close to the sea, looking our over the sea from the bedrooms. You'll hear the ocean when you get up and when you retire for the night. The house is completely equipped with everything you'd need. The resort has a braai area and a communal swimming pool. Safety is a bonus.
Place is in a nice location. The overall unit is in good condition. Could do with airconditioning though.

All tenants are bound by these conditions upon acceptance of the reserved accommodation, including the right of admission reserved by the company.No keys will be left for collection without the completed preliminary booking form, rule letter, and a copy of the main guest's ID. These documents must be returned to the company at least three days before arrival.
Payment must be made via EFT only.
Full payment is required for last-minute bookings prior to occupation.
No keys will be left for collection if the reservation has not been paid in full. Any after-hour call-out will incur an additional cost charged.
Cancellation policies on online booking portals will apply if applicable.
A breakage deposit is payable and refundable within 30 working days of departure, less any deductions.
Guests must check the inventory upon arrival and report any discrepancies within 12 hours of arrival via WhatsApp. The guests will be responsible for any shortages/breakages or damages incurred if no discrepancies are reported.
Furniture and utensils must not be removed from the unit.
The primary guest accepts liability and responsibility for any shortages/damages or breakages after arrival and will pay for any loss or damage incurred.
Any fines resulting from contravening the Body Corporate's rules will be paid by the guest.
The confirmation of the reservation is deemed as entering into a lease agreement that is legal and binding.
