7 guests' feedbackFriendly and warm welcome in a very large farmhouse. Delicious fireplace fire and cherries for the times when it is loadshedding. Nice walking opportunities on the farm and lots of bird life. Very considerate host and a kitchen equipped with everything and anything! Truly a destination where you feel welcome, almost as if you are part of the family. The house is quite close to that of the owners, but it didn't bother at all.
Pleasantly surprised. The house is lovely, rooms spacious. Space galore. We visited together as a family for the baptism of our second grandchild. There was enough space, even the two great grandmothers. Showers and bathrooms are wheelchair friendly. Kitchen well equipped. Would definitely consider booking for a longer period, a weekend is just too short.
We had a real great time here during a stay of 8 days. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and also took us on a night drive. It is a working farm with macadamia and avocado trees. Graham and Tony explained a lot about the farming. The friendly dogs kept the hippo at a distance.
Thank you for such an amazing place. Whether you are 2 or 8 years old or young this place is for you - a fully equipped home - for real! And wheelchair friendly a huge plus. Gardens, swimming pool, nature; it was all there. Value for money. This place deserves another visit.
Road not for normal cars (rain could be a problem).
We had an amazing week long vacation. There was a lot to do from short to long bike (MTB) rides on the farm and in the area, walking, playing with dogs, fireplace, table tennis and pool table. The house is very spacious with a large veranda overlooking the mountains and avocado orchards. We miss the silence and natural beauty of the farm. The owners are very pleasant, helpful and went out of their way to help us. We will definitely visit the farm again if we get the opportunity.
It is very peaceful with hospitable people. It was truly enjoyable and I would go back anytime. There is everything in the house. Large and comfortable.
