The view was fantastic and the unit was very clean. Not your modern type of unit, but you feel very much at home. It should perhaps be clearly mentioned that there are many steps down to the accommodation. It didn't bother us at all - good exercise. Will definitely stay there again.

The unit's decor is very "homely", makes you long for your mother's house. The location is central if you want to visit Hermanus or West Coast with Stellenbosch between the two coastal areas. Will definitely visit the Cape Sea View again.

The hostess was very hospitable, it's very private and everything you need is there. Will definitely go back. An air conditioner is the only thing missing from the Seal bedroom.

A great spot high above the bay with stunning views and somewhere to watch the whales and dolphins. Everything was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you would expect. The hosts were very kind and helpful with me as I was having difficulties arranging things around the red list Covid restrictions, will definitely return for another stay.

The views across the ocean and of the mountains are absolutely stunning and breathtaking. The venue is built into the mountainside and is utterly charming.The honeymoon-suite is private with a patio and perfect for self-catering if you so wish. Cute and quaint natural gardens. For me it was heaven on earth and I shall return. Peaceful and relaxing and great to get away from the hustle and bustle! I had a warm and friendly welcome and was communicated with every step of the way. Thank you!

The sea view is of course the greatest asset of this house. It's also close to most good restaurants and malls, and close to main supply routes. The 62 steps to the Seal is a great workout every time, and comes as a free bonus! Would love to stay again anytime, but for longer!

This is home away from home with the most amazing view. It is a very good place to explore the Cape Town area and yet one is also happy just to sit and chill on the deck.
The owner wasn't very friendly. The place is also not clean. I will not stay there again.
Everything is fantastic. Unfortunately no safe parking. The steps downstairs can be a problem for some guests - luckily wasn't a problem for me.

Nice hosts and comfortable accommodation with a breathtaking view. Very central and close enough to visit Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Cape Town. An experience like few! We would highly recommend the accommodation and recommend Gordons Bay and the Beach.

Quiet, clean, fantastic and no other words than perfect.
We got an apartment that was on the ground and you use the stairs which was of an exercising manner, otherwise it was peaceful and far from the day to day activities like shops and other staff. You have to use your transport as there is no public transport.
