Carlton Heights Guesthouse offers genuine Karoo hospitality with delicious coffee and rusks included with the stay. The guest house is also fully equipped for self-catering, but delicious continental breakfasts and braai packs with Karoo lamb chops and boerewors are also available.
Guests can cool off in the farm dam and share a communal lounge, dining room, kitchen and outdoor braai area with other guests. There is also a TV with DStv in the communal lounge as well as complimentary Wi-Fi for guests' use.
There is secure parking on the premises. Carlton Heights is located on a working Karoo sheep farm and guests can book a farm tour where they can learn more about everyday life on the farm.

Reception was warm and friendly and we immediately felt welcome. The room was new and beautiful and very spacious; ample space for our luggage and our dogs' beds. Lovely bed - really comfortable! Could have a nice walk on the farm with the dogs and sit quietly on the porch and visit. The roast beef and side dishes were delicious, and so was the picnic basket for breakfast - just way too much food! Will definitely stay there again.

They were kind enough to have a cot in the room for our 1 year old and it's nice and spacious. Could have gone for a walk and I would recommend a barbecue. We enjoyed it very much.
The house is very well equipped and spacious with a lovely veranda where you can barbecue. Quiet and safe.
