Yes, for sure. Very hospitable and so humane and helpful.
Casa Greenpoint was lovely, especially the fact that there was aircon! Neat and clean. We could walk home from the stadium.
We enjoyed our one night stay, everything we needed was there. Mark was really helpful. We will go back there again.
Great customer service, clean and peaceful. It is within walking distance of Green Point Stadium, which is perfect for sports occasions.
The decor in the unit is tasteful. Mark is a great host. We had everything we needed and would recommend the place.
Parking in the garage was a big plus.
Mark was a fabulous host. Upon arrival, he helped us with our bags and even gave us a lift to the stadium because we had heavy bags to carry. We were received in such a friendly way. He is a considerate and kind person and his dog is a little sweetheart. We will definitely be returning.
Mark, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful. When we checked out and went to Table Mountain he insisted that we leave our bags with him and pick them up later just to be safe. What a people person. Excellent service!

The units are modern and neat. I love the decor. We enjoyed the quietness, the garden is amazing and gives you that sense of peace. This did us well, we had an awesome weekend and will definitely return! Thank you Mark for your hospitality!

Only criticism. There was no hot water.
Pleasant host and good surroundings. He needs to attend to the surface of stairs going up and down from the room. Very slippery at the bottom when wet. Nearly had a bad fall. While he warned me I think he needs to do something about this.

Mark is a remarkable person, we were received with warm kindness, the place was clean, tidy and a comfortable place to stay. The facilities were like home. Can recommend it.

The room set-up is not good, the bed straight with entrance any person passing outside the room will see a person on bed. Toilet is so small that you struggle to sit properly. A big person won't fit. Shower too small. It is actually designed for small person. Privacy is questionable. Five days I stayed at Casa, the room was never cleaned, bed linen never changed, no broom to clean for ourselves. I will not go back again or recommend my friends or family members to Casa Green Point. Disappointed!
Carpet at entrance for wooden floor protection, kitchen towels can do with, washing line for bath towels.
