Very nice stay, neat, clean, safe and modern! Everything is thought of. Very friendly welcome by host and hostess. Igna called me and it was no problem for her that I checked in later than expected, I was stuck with work. Will definitely stay there again. Room is nice and spacious and has everything you need.
Very neat place to stay with everything you need to stay comfortably. Friendly reception from the hostess made us feel very welcome.

Our hostess welcomed us with open arms and we felt like family. She went out of her way to provide us with the most impossible items, seven o'clock in the evening (bubble wrap and duct tape). It was lovely to spend the night here - the decor and special "touches" did not go unnoticed, especially the home-baked biscuits the next morning. Truly a 10 out of 10 for this self-catering unit - it's neat and stylish - a pleasure to spend the night.

Thank you so much for a great stay at Casita Grato. The accommodation is well laid out and decorated very tastefully. The environment and neighbourhood are quiet and safe. We appreciated the small bottles of water, sparkling water, cold milk in the fridge, as well as ample tea and coffee supplies. Thank you too for the delicious rusks and offering to replenish them after two days, much appreciated. The king size bed was very comfortable.
What a wonderful place and host and great value for money. Everything was immaculate and the host really went the extra mile for us. We won't be looking at any other accommodation in future.

Casita Grato exceeded all our expectations. A real "hidden gem" in Bloemfontein. It is neat, safe, private and to top it all, very spacious. During load shedding we still had lights in our place. It is very close to shopping centers and restaurants, so perfectly located. We received very friendly service throughout the time we stayed there and the place is equipped with all equipment. Worth every penny. Would recommend to anyone!

Casita Grato was very comfortable, it felt like a home away from home. I loved that everything was clearly chosen carefully to furnish the place. It is situated in a great area, clean, safe and quiet. The owner was so friendly and the check-in process was very easy. The accommodation is beautiful and comfortable. The fast Wi-Fi helped with the work and remote meetings I had scheduled during my stay. Thank you once again for the wonderful stay.
