27 guests' feedbackUnfortunately this establishment caters more for contract workers than for a getaway. Unit not up to standard. Had to call owner on numerous occasions to fix things or supply utensils.
We didn't enjoy our stay. My son moved out a day earlier.
The basin didn't have the cap and all was not well. It is not a nice place to stay at, my kids and myself are bitten by bed bugs. My son moved out prior to the agreed date and I paid for that. The room had an unpleasant smell.
Bedding is battered. No top sheet. Duvet cover's seams are broken.
Undercover parking. Sheltered braai area with pizza oven. Large swimming pool. Close to shopping mall.
The unit was perfect for our needs and we will stay here again if we go to Richardsbay.
Spacious self-catering unit.
We were very kindly received and escorted to the accommodation. It was particularly cold and they immediately provided us with additional bedding. We spent a peaceful evening there.
They advertise the lapa and braai area but it was not up to standards. Otherwise we can't complain.

It is a very nice property perfect for groups of four people.
Although we had no problems and all was as advertised. However the cleaning could be better, (bits of food and bottle tops down the sofa arms and dead insects on shower walls etc, windows bars and sills filthy) A deep cleaning of the entire flatlet is needed.

Neat place, well located near shopping centers and the hospital. Friendly people and very helpful. Will stay there again if I need accommodation.
Just a suggestion that lounge chairs could be replaced. One broke when we sat on it. Maybe also dining room chairs extra to the dining room table. Mattresses can perhaps be replaced with sponge mattresses.
The housing is in a quiet environment and the site has a lot of vegetation and a swimming pool which contributes to a peaceful atmosphere.
It was great having full DStv and the WiFi was awesome. We loved their friendly animals and being able to walk around the beautiful garden.
It was very peaceful and safe. Children could enjoy swimming and moving around outside, it was very safe.
