Cob Cottage was a fantastic stay - wonderful, warm and friendly hosts, spotlessly clean and very well-equipped, in a lovely, quiet environment. We had a great time and would highly recommend it to anyone.
The apartment is very big and beautiful. It exceeded our expectations and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Our trip to Port Alfred was challenging. We got there very late after check-in time, but the owners were very accommodating and waited to receive us. Just a pity that the time was so short and we could not stay longer. I would definitely recommend Cob Cottage.

Cob Cottage is a very comfortable and extremely well-equipped cottage that really comfortably caters for 4 people. The unit is very neat, safe and centrally located in Port Alfred. The owners, Colin and Cheryl are wonderful people who always put their guests' well-being and satisfaction first. They made us feel very much at home and made a lot of effort to make our visit exceptionally enjoyable. They are fantastic people and understand the concept of hospitality very well. Had a great time. Definitely one of the very best in Port Alfred. We recommend the place and will visit again. Keep it up Colin and Cheryl!

Upon our arrival, Cheryl was immediately at the gate to welcome us, even opening the gate. We were warmly received. Cob Cottage has everything needed and more. It is clean, nice and tidy and in a peaceful quiet environment! We felt very much at home. I can definitely recommend it and would like to stay there again myself. My daughter lost her ring somewhere during the day and Cheryl helped look for it everywhere, even checked a day later and let me know that unfortunately she couldn't find it! Thank you very much!

Very well equipped, comfortable, accommodation in much more than just a cottage. Can sleep 4 people comfortably and has everything needed (well equipped kitchen, lounge, dining room etc.) for an overnight stay or holiday in Port Alfred. Not at the beach or marina but in Port Alfred everything is close! Will definitely use this guest house again.
Past the narrow entrance you come to a very neat cottage that offers everything you need. Very hospitable owners who make you feel welcome and go out of their way to help. The lounge only has the necessities and is a nice place to relax and or you can unwind on the patio at the braai. Rooms are neat and beds are comfortable. I will stay there every time I visit the region.
