Can recommend Constantia Guesthouse to any traveler for overnight stay. Hospitable and friendly reception. Breakfast, which is an optional extra, is top notch. Bed and bedding good quality and ensure a good night's rest. Will definitely stay there again.

Warm verwelkoming. Die slaapkamer het alles gehad om ons verblyf gemaklik te maak.
We were a large group of people staying overnight on our wat to the Karoo, with a small baby, 2 toddlers, 2 teenagers and 6 adults and we can all testify that it was an excellent place to stay. I personally slept better here than in my own home, and the whole group was very impressed with the rooms, the hospitality and the breakfast the next morning! Can really recommend it to anyone who needs to stay overnight in Bloemfontein for whatever reason.

Hospitality like few, greeted us after 7 hours on the road! But the pool was a welcome escape for the little ones, and the places to eat were only 5 minutes down the road. After a bit of DStv and a cool night's rest with the air conditioning on and a farm breakfast like few we were ready for the last bit to JHB! Thank you Constantia Cottages!

Very small, dark back room where power kept "tripping" but at least breakfast made up for it (but I would think we could only pay half the money for the inconvenience of the power cuts) but at least it was a very nice breakfast. Will stay there again, but in a different room.
Very clean room, clean pool, clean bathroom. Everything was tasteful, cottage-like, stylish and or quaint, the owner is particular, her attention to detail leaves you feeling like she does everything with 2 cups of love. She is very neat and tidy. If the place you stay in is clean and tidy, you can relax! It was a great stay. We felt exceptionally welcome. Generous breakfast, table set each morning as if you are royalty! Fresh linen every second day. We felt very safe too! A true gem.

We traveled from Cape Town and stayed overnight in Bloemfontein. It was very hot, no air conditioning, just a fan, and we couldn't open the door because of bright lights. The room smelled of dust. There was a loud conversation in front of our room until 11:00 pm at night. The room was old and unpleasant and we slept very badly. No sensitivity to travelers.
I can recommend it especially because it is pet friendly.
A neat guest house with an excellent hostess, and all the necessary facilities including air conditioning. A special, tasty breakfast is provided, in short ─ everything you expect from a guest house and more.
Comfortable clean and good quality mattress and bedding. Delicious breakfast. Would have liked cold drinking water and ice in the fridge, especially on arrival.
