Yeah, just didn't know where to leave my key when I wanted to leave.
Very nice stay. It's only parking that is a small problem. Other vehicles stop as they please, then space is very limited for parking. But would definitely stay there again anytime. Thank you very much for the nice clean place and value for money.

We had a wonderful stay and no complaints.
Loved our stay. Just think extra warming facilities like warming blankets need to be added for the colder months. The thatch roof makes the room freezing and even putting on the aircon on a heater setting is not enough.
Will stay there again. The service is nice and informal, yet professional. Wonderfully quiet.

The guest is clean, accessible to transport for Intercape bus and 2 malls.

Let the people who have booked rooms stop in their own parking space and also pull into the parking space decently so that more space can be left for everyone. Furthermore, it had been a very nice place to sleep over and had no further complaints.

A very nice and quaint place but it was a little small for me. It seemed a little too tightly packed with furniture. Only one problem that I found was that the shower door did not close properly. Other than that I really enjoyed my time there. Very happy in general.
Although close to the town it was particularly peaceful with the garden layout. The breakfast was top notch.
Very conveniently situated. The host was friendly and welcoming and advised on all the questions I had. This is basic accommodation and I did not expect any frills or luxuries. The room was clean and tidy, the ceiling fan was a blessing. The outdoor areas are very pleasant and provide for a relaxing atmosphere. If I had to make criticisms they would be: Parking is very cramped and not ideal for larger vehicles. The toilet paper quality was not exactly great. The sliding door could not lock with a key (there is a safety gate in place though). The furnishings (bed, chair, wardrobe) are a bit dated but functional and clean. The pillows were a bit too soft for my liking (personal preferences).
We enjoyed the stay. Everything was neat, clean and the room had all we needed.
The drinks like coffee no variety. no fresh milk. Nothing tea. Difficulty getting water into kettle at bathroom sink. No sink in kitchenette and no cloth to clean. No guest soaps in bathroom.
The reception was so warm we immediately felt at home. We regretted not being able to stay longer.
We enjoyed the stay here. No complaints. would use Cozy Cottage B&B again.

Parking problem if all units are fully booked. Interior old and dark, short paint and maintenance. Water poof-poof from a tap or another faucet's current blows your face soaking wet. Cabinet knobs dirty. Dish soap in an old glass bottle. Pot scrubber dirty, old, creepy. Dustbin lid broken. Bathroom door no handle inside. Living room chairs worn-out, covered with blankets to hide upholstery. Even signs on the street are dull or peeling off. Can't believe it has 3 stars!? See previous similar comments. Units serviced though, would recommend at much cheaper rate.
Located close to shops, the university and the crossroad to Parys and Joburg. WiFi is strong and one can really relax and rest when you stopover here. Always one of my choices when en route to Mooi River.
Overall, our experience was positive. Would just like more comfortable pillows. Parking was also difficult. Not much space for larger vehicles. At least Everfresh milk in the fridge will make for proper coffee in the morning please.
The place is advertised and known as a bed and breakfast, but no breakfast is served. Had to self cater and no alcohol is allowed, such as wine. The decor is outdated and old fashioned and facilities the bare minimum and basically disgusting. Cheapest grade of toilet paper that exists and old fish tins everywhere ad ash trays. Basically the worst accommodation we ever had and we travel a lot. Shut them down or give them half a star.
Suggestions: Hairdryer in room. Please sit down more pictures of Cozy cottage on web page so you can see what the rooms look like inside. I suggest they put only white bed linen on beds. There are already white towels (thank you very much). Overall positive experience, everything you need for overnight stay.
The location is very central, we were received friendly and quickly. The decor is not modern, but the rooms are spacious and very neat. Would very definitely recommend this as value for money accommodation.
As jy moeg is en nog 'n lang pad voor lê huis toe kan ek die plekkie aanbeveel. Dis veilig en skoon. Die eienaar kon nie daar wees toe ons inklok nie, maar het iemand daar gehad om ons te help en hy het later wel langs gekom en selfs verskoning gevra omdat hy ons nie self kon verwelkom nie. Die plek is skoon en die plekkies is mooi. Daar is dalk nie die hele uit gebreide DStv nie en kinders sou dit dan miskien nie geniet maar as jy wil afkoel kan jy altyd swem.

I have to be honest and say that I grumbled a lot about the blankets on the bed. Then there were drunken guests who came home at 2am and disturbed the rest. However, the owner apologized for it.
The owner was very pleasant. Although the cottage had a lot of space, it was quite old and worn. We feel it was quite expensive for the quality of the facilities and we also got parked in on the first morning. This is a big concern.

Attention must be paid to the small detail, e.g. the loincloth lamp, kitchen curtains (unit E). The sliding door cannot lock, but at least there is a strong security gate.
