We really enjoyed our stay, everyone was really nice and the place is absolutely beautiful.
The guest house is excellently managed. One is not limited to one's room - spacious feeling. Guests can make themselves at home in the lounge/patio or the pool area. Jan, the manager, went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome. Great service - many thanks Jan.
It is very spacious and clean, so neat. Definitely meets our standards. We would highly recommend it. Karen is a very good hostess.
My fiancé and I were in the area for a wedding and decided to stay at Dark Chocolate Superior Guest House. Karen received us and immediately made us feel at home. There is delicious coffee, clean and comfortable rooms, kitchen and lounge and the best breakfast I have had in a very long time. We are very much looking forward to our next visit.
The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. The full breakfast is fresh every day and offers extensive variety even if a guest is staying for a few nights. The verandas and pool area provide an opportunity to visit and relax in the open air. Thank you very much for the friendly and warm welcome.

On arrival we had a good reception. The room was very disappointing, maintenance is poor and the shower was full of silicon that looks like it was just roughly pressed into the tile grooves. Towels were full of marks and my wife had to select one that looked acceptable before she could shower. So disappointed that we left the next morning at 6 and ate breakfast elsewhere. Not at all worth 4 stars and there are way better guesthouses available in the area. Unfortunately this was our first and last visit.
A very nice experience. The place was clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious and the service excellent.
