8 guests' feedbackVery nice house that is well located. Very quiet walking distance from the restaurants. Neat house. We really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it. It is fenced so it was a pleasure to take the dogs along.
We loved our stay at Die Erf. The host was kind and very helpful. Kaapsche Hoop is beautiful and great to connect with family and nature again.
Die Erf was a great spot for an extended family or friend group of up to 8 people. It was well located near the main eating spots at Kaapsehoop. Having a gas hob and inverter took out the load shedding hassles. It's a bit noisy at times being near the main road. The place is very homely and I don't think the outside photos and inside photos do it enough justice.
The old house has been neatly renovated and comfortably furnished. Barbeque on the porch with secure parking.
The Erf provides a lovely holiday home with enough sleeping space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to take care of yourself. The bathrooms are very neat with lovely showers. Even load shedding didn't bother us much. Definitely my first option when I visit Kaapschehoop again.
The accommodation was very neat and clean, everything one needs. The hospitality was top notch and Susan was always available, but nothing was interrupted, everything was available and clean and tidy. The lights are on solar and the hot water on gas, so load shedding did not have such a big impact. Thank you very much.
Comfortable, spotlessly clean and friendly reception. Everything within walking distance, but far enough from the places of interest that their noise does not bother. The horses on lawn were a bonus. Batteries for lights during load shedding were cool, a gas stove for boiling water would make it even better.
Spacious house, dog-friendly and great location (close enough to everything, but away from the main road noise). We had one or two issues initially with the fence that wasn't 100% secure and the hot water upstairs. Both concerns were addressed immediately and sorted out with no hassle at all. We had an amazing weekend with our 3 large dogs: hiking trails in the mornings, watching sport on DStv in the afternoon and walking up the road to have dinner in the evenings. The horses came past to say hi a couple of times too. Loved this house and will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.
