The village of Eersterivierstrand has some rock pools that are ideal for snorkelling, and there are a number of fynbos trails to explore.

If there was a TV available, I would give the place 10 out of 10. Nowhere do you say that there isn't a TV. The 7 black spiders scared me, maybe spray the place inside for insects, then I would recommend. Under the dining table there were 3 big black spiders and in the 1 room there were 2. Otherwise we enjoyed the stairs and the place was nice and tidy. Give it 8 out of 10.
We had a very relaxing stay at Dis Al with everything we needed to make it comfortable. Would recommend queen/king beds in the main bedroom but other than that we had a great stay.
Toilet facility requires an upgrade. Lighting could be improved as I travel with my office.
TV and Wi-Fi is required to compliment the stay.
Walking distance from a very nice beach for the kids to play at.
It's Al is a beautiful wooden house with a wonderful view. Jewel of a place among the plants. The house was pretty neat and clean. For a quiet few days it was ideal. Fortunately without TV, then you can sit on the porch in the evening and appreciate the night and waves.
Lovely spot with the most beautiful view. House has everything you need and there is a brilliant farm stall 10 km down the road which is very well stocked!
Our stay at Dis Al made us feel like we were in a storybook. The view of the sea is breathtakingly beautiful, and the house's location ensures that one can look at the sea from almost anywhere. We watched whales and the dolphins played in the waves right in front of the house. At the back the house is snug against the mountain and the kitchen windows open onto a lovely forest view so doing the dishes yourself is a joy. The children enjoyed the house's three levels, so they could each have a little space of their own. The rocky coast makes for incredible waves and rock pools where we spent hours walking around and exploring. It's also safe and pleasantly remote. It's Al feels like a beloved family holiday home where many good times have been lived. It was a privilege to be able to share in it.

Very nice place. Walk to beach not too far. No complimentary soap or coffee/tea which caught us off guard, especially as there is no shop nearby. Best is to buy your groceries in Kareedouw, best butcher too.

The place is amazing, the view was incredible.
It is a beautiful place and we had a lovely stay, positive criticism would be that the fridge as well as the geyser should be switched on on the day guests come in and maybe just mention that there are no bath towels either, we do have our own swimming towels had what saved us, but otherwise everything was perfect and delicious.

Please note that there are steep stairs to the chalet and inside the chalet.Please note that guests must collect/drop off the keys first at Oudebosch Farm Stall, before checking into/checking out the unit, which is approximately 10 km from the key collection offices.
Same-day bookings can only be allowed if the house or an alternative to the house is available for guests.
The balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
No excess noise is permitted at any properties.
Guests will be held liable for any damages or breakages during their stay.
Tsitsikamma Seaside cannot be held liable in the event of personal injury or damage /theft of personal property occurring during their stay. The use of the facilities is at the guest's own risk and we will not be held responsible for any accidents relating to the use of these facilities.
Guests will incur a penalty if the number of guests staying in the property exceeds the number of guests paid for as stated on the confirmation form.
The property must be left in the same condition it was found. All crockery and cutlery must be washed and rubbish placed in the bin.
Should the house be left in a mess an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Please bring your own bath and swimming towels, toiletries, including toilet paper, cleaning materials, bin bags, charcoal, wood, and a DStv decoder smart card.
