Diana welcomed us very kindly and hospitably and offered that we could ask at any time if something was missing - absolutely nothing was missing. Well equipped apartment, clean and very tidy. Diana is a super hostess. She makes contact with you on the day of your arrival to ascertain your estimated time of arrival to make sure you are met on arrival and shown into the flatlet and given the keys. If there is no power for any reason, she offers a gas burner and will let you know approximately when power will be restored. We have stayed there 3 times now and will continue to do so when we travel. Very clean, comfortable, safe and peaceful with safe parking.

The bed really doesn't sleep well. In the shower there is no soap dish or container for soap or shampoo, so you have to open the shower door every time you want to get to your things. The towels felt like they had been drying in the sun for too long. I had to ask for clothes hangers and apparently the hanging closet is not available for guests. I also had to ask for regular tea bags (there was only rooibos tea). The fridge was not cold when I arrived. I didn't see much of the hostess.
Diana welcomes you kindly and it's a beautiful place with everything you need and you are private. Secure covered parking behind locked gate. We will definitely stay there again.

The hostess was very friendly, and the place was tidy and met all our needs.
The place was neat and looks exactly like the photos. We checked in around 9:30 in the evening and were greeted with a friendly face. We were lucky and experienced some of the cooler days in Beaufort West, but the aircon was a blessing. There was a TV with DStv and also WiFi available. If I'm in the area again I will definitely use Dreams.

The room is wonderfully spacious. Safety gates make the room very safe. Floors and bathroom were nice and clean. The cooler was much appreciated during the hot summer. I did find two strange hairs in the duvet and the TV had no picture. The house owners were on vacation, and the lady who welcomed us was not terribly friendly, and did not go through the apartment with us on arrival.

Had a great sleep. We were able to park our vehicle with a large fully packed trailer under the canopy. My woofie just had such a good time. Diana was kind enough to take me to Debonairs in her car to get pizzas as it was difficult to drive again with the heavy, fully loaded trawler. The place was private and clean. Coffee, sugar, tea and milk were available in the room.

What struck me was that on the morning of my departure from Johannesburg, Diana sent a WhatsApp message to wish me a safe journey. How delicious. A caring host. Me and my two Pugs' reception was friendly and spontaneous and after 12 long hours on the road, the oasis was a nest to scrub and get ready for the road to the Cape. Detached and accessible to any takeaway restaurant within 1 kilometer. It was a Sunday afternoon, so there wasn't much of a pub for a cold karoo beer, but a nap was welcome. Early in the morning we set off for Cape Town after a lovely night's rest. Clean, lovely bed and the biscuit with the coffee was delicious. Thank you, Diana, for your beautiful place. I will definitely book again if I go. Oh, and take a good look at my forgotten orchid, and come say hello in the Cape if you're here. heart person It's rare, but you are.

With my brother and our two four-legged friends, we had a long way to travel from Mpumalanga to Cape Town. We were looking for a place to sleep for one night. Dreams cottage is very cute, clean and looked very comfortable with everything you'd need for a comfortable self-catering stay-over. Unfortunately we had to find other accommodation soon after we arrived. The cottage is advertised as pet-friendly and even though the owners allow pets, I would not recommend it unless your pets are used to doing their business in an enclosed fully paved little area with no grass or sand. Also, the spacing between the palisades are quite large and a little dog would easily get through to try and get to the grass on the other side of the road. Those were the only 2 reasons we decided to find other accommodation - pets are allowed, but it certainly isn't pet-friendly in my opinion.

Neat, nice living unit and nice and private. We were impressed with how pet friendly it was - there was an enclosed area for our dogs to stretch their legs and special firm bedding and 'throws' on the sofas so the dogs could be allowed on them. All I would recommend is that the edge of the outside step be more clearly marked. I completely overlooked this and tripped when I had to take the dogs out at night.
