If you are looking for tranquility, this is the place to be.
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Driefontein. It's quiet and peaceful there, you can breathe again and find your soul. The Cottage is reminiscent of days gone by, and has everything you need. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to escape the city and crave some peace and quiet.

Ideal place to relax after a long cycle ride on the network of gravel roads in the area, while watching the afternoon thunderstorms rolling in to take the heat out of the day.
It is a lovely place to escape from the city. Everything was clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.
The route to the house can be indicated better. It's on a farm with no directions, especially when you arrive at dark. As for the rest, security can be improved in light of farm attacks.

Lovely place on a farm, quiet and calm. Beautiful views of the dam. Owner put warm water bottles out for us and a whole jar filled with rusks. Lovely! The road is a farm road.
