4 guests' feedbackIt was nice to have a place right on the beach. We just walked every day to go swimming. Eating places and Spar are within walking distance and we never just took the car to drive. Only flushed the one toilet that leaked, but we had another toilet to use. If only we had a cleaner for 1 day to clean up the place a bit. Didn't give us a lot of information. Also just think the building needs a paint outside to look like the entrance.
Wonderful place, the only thing is that the blankets and throws were not clean at all.
My stay was the worst experience ever. The pictures online are not what the place looks like in reality. The upkeeping and cleanliness of the place are very poor. Pots and knives were rusted, no extra blankets for guests, and cockroaches everywhere. The geyser of the apartment was found located inside the built-in cupboard of the guestroom, which poses a major hazard to guests. The worst of the stay was that the electricity meter ran out of electricity. The owner avoided all calls, the manager sent an expired meter number via WhatsApp. The meter number failed 4 times to be loaded. Not once did the manager call to reassure us about the situation. The apartment is not conducive to hire out to guests. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. My overall experience was terrible.
Living room sofa is torn. Bathroom walls are moldy. Sink had dirty water in it. The kitchen cloths were full of holes. There was a dead cockroach in the fridge and quite a few roaming around. There is an inverter for loadshedding which is very nice, but it is located in the bedroom and makes a terrible noise.
