The rooms are very neat but we were 2 families with the rooms not all together. Fortunately, the lady was able to make a plan and move my mother-in-law closer.

I have stayed at Elkoweru before and will book there again in the future. The owner is very pleasant and friendly and assisted us with good advice on where to see the best flowers and which roads to drive. Elkoweru is in a beautiful and safe environment and we had a great time staying there.

The room was clean but no power point near the mirror, coffee and tea options very basic and limited. Only one bed had an electric blanket on it. Nevertheless - you get what you pay for.
We were in Springbok to look at flowers. Karl was able to inform us properly about routes. The unit had all the necessary equipment and was neat and clean.
The owner is a friendly person who likes to help. I got the idea that he is not 100% in touch with his own guest house. There were one or two things that bothered us, but they were addressed and our stay was acceptable.

The apartment was very dirty. Everything was dirty. Especially the rooms and kitchen. Under the beds you could see it hadn't been cleaned in years. And the stove had probably never been cleaned.
We were kindly received and the host also gave us some history of the area as well as Springbok. Very interesting and will definitely stay there again during the flower season. Will definitely recommend Elkoweru Guest House to friends.

We were pleasantly surprised with the available space and comfortable, spacious bathrooms. The kitchen / dining room is well equipped. The biggest surprise with the cold weather was the availability of electric blankets! We forgot a few things there and they decided to courier it to us. Of course at our expense.

We were with 3 persons in a flat with kitchen facilities, space to sit and to braai, very good value for price.
Due to the fact that WiFi was not available in the room I was checked in, the receptionist moved me to a room closer to the office. The room is old, shabby. The bedding, curtains, carpets and towels are old, thin and frayed. The price for the shabby room remained the same as for the room I had initially booked. The area is also very "dodgy". Worst accommodation experience ever! And I travel every week for work.

Rushed, impersonal check-in. Booking was made inclusive of breakfast and confirmed by LekkeSlaap. After discussing this with staff upon arrival - a disagreement ensued and refused to accommodate the inclusion of breakfast stating that LekkeSlaap had the incorrect information and that we would have to resolve the dispute with them directly. The morning of our departure, the staff tried to recover the breakfast situation (telephonically) only when they heard us leaving the property, which we declined as other plans had already been made.

Our accommodation was so lovely. The room was run of the mill but neat. Initially we were a bit unhappy because we they gave us a family room instead of 2 separate rooms. Even though it wasn't his fault the owner was very accommodating and gave us other options. Ekowru's location and view of the town is fantastic.

Good view, easy, friendly check-in, tidy room with bathroom (only shower), bar fridge and kettle, cleaning service. Lots of stairs and shared kitchen downstairs, certainly not a problem for everyone. We were on 'n wildflower mission and Elkoweru has a good location.

The girl at reception did not pay much attention to us, I think she just wanted to go home and we had to ask whether or not we could get breakfast. The room was clean, but so cold and the battery of the aircon was almost flat so you had difficulty adjusting it. The stairs are very high for taking your suitcase to your room. During the night there was a lot of noise from the street with motorbikes and cars that just wanted to race. The woman who made breakfast was so friendly and breakfast was good. We won't go back to Elkoweru when heading to Namibia again. There are other places in Springbok that are much better.

The room was delightfully cool after the scorching heat on the road. Great bath facilities and also a fridge to keep drinks cool. TV with many channels also provided distraction.

Room was very small and the open area outside the room smelled overwhelmingly of stale cigarette smoke. There was also an endless drip of water under the window that kept us from sleeping. The shower water periodically changed from freezing cold to boiling hot while showering. We definitely felt the rate was extortionate for the value we got. Sorry, but hopefully our comments help make the experience better for future visitors.
The stay was very nice. We simply made good use of the self-catering facilities and ate together with two other travellers. The guest house with friendly reception by Elzaan is highly recommended.
I was under the impression that the price I paid (R400 p.p.p.n) included breakfast, but it was not so. I would prefer it to be more clear next time.
The room was extremely cramped for 3 adults. There were no facilities for hanging clothes. I would rather recommend 2 rooms than 3 in 1 room. The shared kitchen facilities are also uncomfortable.

For the past three years I have been using Elkoweru Guest House for overnight stays when I travel to Namibia. It's well located and affordable. Very helpful host and delicious breakfast! I can recommend it with confidence.

Everything was nice and clean and there were enough bedding for the cold night. The staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend Elkoweru. My car was also able to park safely right in front of my unit.
Everything worked well for us at Elkoweru Guest House - the location was good, the breakfast and the friendly information from the host was great.
The only complaint is that there was no kykNET, and that the dining room was right above the room, which was sometimes a bit intrusive.

The stairs are too bad for us with the luggage. We don't like people from the neighborhood walking past the guest house. The room is very spacious and well equipped. Konrad is busy with upgrades, and this is generally acceptable.
