We found Featherbed to be a perfect place to spend time whilst attending a wedding locally. It is very well appointed, cannot find fault with the apartment and the friendly family was most welcoming.

Excellent stay. Just note that access via a steep wooden staircase outside can be problematic for older persons and if it rains.
It was a lovely stay.
The accommodation was lovely, clean white cottage feel. The bed was very comfortable and our host left us some thoughtful treats (milk, coffee and rusks) which were really welcomed the next morning. Having your own remote to the gate was useful as this gave us flexibility in coming and going and not having to rely on someone to let you in.
We will definitely be back!

The Featherbed Apartment was well-equipped and had everything that was on the website write-up. We were warmly welcomed by Jean, the establishment's host. It had beautiful views of the Hottentots Mountains and a well-established garden which one can enjoy with a large swimming pool. Safe parking was available behind closed gates. Nearby shops in the area was a Spar shop for one's convenience. We would definitely recommend this lovely accommodation to others.

The small details were great - extra blankets on the bed in case we got cold, delicious rusks by the kettle and facecloths in the bathroom - little things that make you feel like your hosts care and want you to feel at home.

The garden is a loop court and soothes your soul. The apartment is spacious, well furnished and tastefully decorated, nothing is missing! Located in beautiful Stellenbosch close to the beach and fine restaurants. I highly recommend Featherbed!
