The only positive feedback I have is that the location is very close to the beach and the conference I attended. The room looked nothing like the picture, it was cluttered and had a filthy couch. The cleaning is not up to standard; there was a lot of dust and hair on the floor, and my room had a lingering smell of cigarettes.
Failure by staff to inform all guests on the premises that the kitchen doors will be locked hours earlier than what is stipulated on the plentiful notices. Just because somebody left a light on. Really petty!
Very warm welcome, the room looked very clean and neat but as you lie in the bed, the bedsheet had sand on it. Room had a connection to another and noise travels from the neighbor straight to you. Also, the room was extremely noisy because of the traffic.
We were not happy with the person we received. She was not friendly and very curt. We were also under the impression that breakfast was included in the reservation (which was also stated as such on the information leaflets inside the room), only to find out that since Covid-19 it is no longer offered. It should please be corrected on all information and documents. The above-mentioned person also did not handle this inquiry very kindly. Another problem was the wall plugs that are not accessible. We had to put the kettle on the floor to boil water because the cable was not long enough to reach the wall plug. I would also suggest placing the container of soap by the sink - I only noticed this on the 3rd day.
I was very happy with the parking. Clean and spacious room. The room we had, had a nice big bathroom. The only small snag was that we ddnt have a bar fridge and the room we had did not pick up the wifi well. Was happy with everything else. I would recommend ppl bring there own cutlery, otherwise, it's a home away from home.

1. We would have liked a small fridge in the room. 2. Small sharp knife in the kitchen, broken and dirty, needs to be replaced please. 3. Appreciate the quiet and guests' consideration for each other. 4. On a few occasions staff spoke too loudly and disturbed our afternoon nap.
Friendly staff and willing to help.
On arrival, we were met with a friendly welcome and beautiful calming setting on the grounds. The room we had was beautifully set up and close to the pool. Secure parking was also a plus. We will be sure to visit again.
Accommodation was good, it was tidy and justified the purpose of the visit. Customer service was very poor, upon arrival they didn't even know about our booking. Because we left early on a Sunday morning they could not accommodate us with the included breakfast, as they only start later on a Sunday.
Friendly reception by nice people. It is very well secured and the theme is very nice. We had a very tasty and well-prepared breakfast. If we're in the neighborhood again, we'll definitely stop by.
The beds were comfy and warm. Good shower, nice hot water. Rooms had everything we needed. Delicious breakfast, thanks. Thanks for the nice stay.
I'm recommending that all rooms be equipped with bar fridges as it becomes inconvenient to put your things in a communal fridge. The pool needs to be clean at all times. Otherwise it's a nice place to stay in with welcoming friendly staff who were always willing to assist at all times.
Breakfast is not of good quality, sausage is inedible, fruit is of the worst quality. I would not recommend this guest house at all. The description of the location is not correct. They forgot to mention that there is a main road between the guest house and the beach, that the beach and lake water are polluted and you are not allowed to swim there, etc.
We were warmly welcomed. The room is very neat and clean. Breakfast was on time every morning and delicious to boot. Convenient walking distance from the beach and some other places. Flintstones is close to table Mountain and the Waterfront. Security is good and the service excellent. The only thing that is a bit negative is the fact that the highway is close which means that there is a constant grumble of cars, but luckily it gets quiet at night. We will stay at Flintstones again when we visit the Cape. Thank you, Florence, Jackie and staff, for making our stay so special.
We had a great time, our Jacuzzi tub was not working but the staff was there very quickly and helped us with our problem immediately.
Pleasantly surprised with the service I received.
I was quoted different rates for the same room on different days and was not sure how it worked. They had to take my fridge out of my room for another room with a pregnant lady (I did not mind at all and they helped me with access to a private fridge which was much bigger and better) but it was odd that there are not enough mini-fridges for the whole establishment. Breakfast was great! I had a very pleasant stay overall and would certainly come back. Thank you!
It was a pleasure to share with you and make the necessary arrangements for accommodation for our technical staff. Thanks for the quick arrangements to get their laundry done as they had to stay an extra day.

Florence was friendly and helpful. Would prefer that there is also a trash can in the room. Breakfast was very 'ordinary' but sufficient. I forgot personal items in the room's safe and didn't realize until the morning of the two days after I left. I called, and Florence immediately went to look, found it and locked it in the office safe. I got it back with nothing missing. I really appreciated it. The garden is in a slightly neglected state - unfortunately it does not create the best impression!
Floors in the dining area, room and bathroom were not really very clean. Walking through the kitchen there was not a pleasant smell. Kitchen where food is prepared was not clean according to my standard. I feel that more attention could be paid to the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the guest house. The electric car gate was also out of order. General impression of the stay for me was very average.
Our room was very neat and met our expectations. The staff were very helpful and friendly - will use them again if we are looking for accommodation in that area. The only problem is that the hot water takes a very long time to reach the tap.
The place was tidy and exactly what I wanted - good value for money!
