35 guests' feedbackThe accommodation was clean and tidy, but not at all as advertised. WiFi didn't work. Security was a concern. There was a gate guard when we got there at 18h00, but never saw him again. Had to drive the night to get food and the next morning, open the gate myself (no remote). Not a nice experience at all in the dark in a town we don't know. Don't even know if they lock the gate in the evening.
Safe, clean, friendly and tidy.
Very clean, and serves for an overnight stay for travelling to your destination. Very quiet and is safe. Only thing was that they were not aware of our booking.
Enjoyed our stay. We will come back.

The Golden Lantern really exceeded my expectations and I had fun the fact that it's in a quiet space makes it a top-notch service.
I really enjoyed my stay.
The unit was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the shower was very nice with a decent shower head.
Rooms are specious and neat. Linen also taken good care of. The only thing that needs attention is provision of a mini stove for breakfast preparations in the Stella apartments where I was staying. Security and staff members especially the office ladies, they are always available for any assistance needed. The place is a Home away from Home, thumbs up for every staff member at the property.
I suggest you put the stoves with oven inside rooms instead of in lapa only. It's a big inconvenience. Thanks.
If only they can put or insert stove and microwave in every room for self catering. Above all im happy and the place looks clean and cared for, the security deserve medals doing good job.
Not happy at all. The swimming pool was so dirty, was always asking the lady in reception can they clean it, but unfortunately not, so disappointed, they even gave us the incorrect password of the wifi , or there was no wifi.

The parking is too small is easy to bump into other cars.
Please make enough provision for car shelters.
The location was very good.
We were not shown the guest house at all when we got there. Also was not told if there would be any breakfast available.
They can put 2 bedside tables next to each side of the bed. It's a bit awkward with just one.
Can you please try to renovate the place? Golden lantern is a great place place, everything is fine and the price is reasonable. I love it.

I had a wonderful time, with great service.
The place is good, but a bit congested.
It is a beautiful, clean and neat place with lots of friendly people. It's central and easy to get. We had to leave early in the morning and they were very helpful with it.
It was great and very peaceful. The service was outstanding. Will go back.
Relaxing with no complaints.
We booked family en suite but when we got there it was not it. We were told there's activities like golfing, horse riding etc, but non of them was there.
Although the guest house was busy with additions and improvements, they limited the impact on the guests and managed it well.
The place was clean and good, hoping to go back, excellent service.

It was nice, safe and located in town and a walking distance to the Bela-Bela Forever Resort.
The guesthouse is old and their electric appliances were faulty, They don't maintain their houses.
