"Stay was great just issues that need to be looked at, the drunk noisy people."

The place and the ladies that clean the flats provide excellent service. However, once again, the people who work at the gate lack people skills. And two nights of noisy, drunk people is not acceptable. Yes, I know it's a student accommodation, but have some respect for the other guests who want to sleep at 03:00.

I had a bad experience on my arrival. The staff at the reception were not friendly at all. They did not even know what amount I had to pay. I waited a while before I could be helped and had to give them my information as there was nothing on file. The lady who was supposed to take us to the room just pointed us to the entrance gate. On our arrival, the gate was locked and we had to return to reception. The person who walked with me to the room advised that the gate should not be locked, and on arrival, he also noticed that the room was locked. Very noisy at night. I will not recommend this to any person. Lastly, no coffee or sugar from the second day that we stayed over. Rooms are clean but I will unfortunately not use them for my next stay over. I think they must rather stick to student accommodation and not for families.

Good security. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped. The unit doesn't have an aircon and there were a lot of mosquitoes, so you can't sleep with an open window. There is a TV, but I couldn't use it.

It is definitely value for money. The complex is for students and with that comes a bit of noise. This was not a problem for us. Just take care of "loadshedding" yourself. Check in was easy and the staff are happy to help. We were not aware that someone was coming to clean so we were quite surprised to see her and her two children.

The contact numbers for the accommodation did not work. Had to ask around for help for a long time and finally got through to security insisting on proof of payment - not indicated to be the procedure. Very poor communication from the responsible persons.

When we arrived there were no clear indications where we had to check in. Nowhere could they find my reservation, as well as the proof that I did pay. I was sent from port to starboard to get the rudder. The unit was a flat between students who have no respect for silence and privacy, although there are signs everywhere to be quiet. I understand it's a student building, but 3 o'clock to 4 o'clock in the morning with screaming and yelling and going up and down the stairs is not a pleasant experience. The unit itself was neat. With loadshedding at night, we felt unsafe, as the security gates were wide open.

Additional night was arranged. Management accused us of not making arrangements and effectively staying the night without permission. Theresa was informed and approved accordingly.

We needed more than just a bed and a roof over our heads. Here we came to unsaddle, stretch out, endure and kick nest for two days.

Attention can be paid to the self-catering part in the kitchen. A few extra plates, egg spatula, grater, sharp knife, cutting board etc. will help a lot. The cloth had a hole in it and there was no dish towel.

The stay was very incredible, a safe area and spacious apartment. The kids loved it as well and it is value for money indeed as compared to other places in the same price range.

Safe with 24 hour security and cameras. Students who come and go. All clean and tidy apartments.

"The room and price were very accommodating. The facilities are also quite inclusive. My only issue was that the residents came home at all hours of the night and woke us up every so often. The stairs are very loud and disturbing at night. I would suggest to request a room away from the students if possible."

My only issues were the noise and that there was only one coffee mug. My partner and I had to share the mug. The on site restaurant was not open on a Sunday, but we managed to go somewhere else. I did enquire about the restaurant beforehand, but they did not get back to me. They should send an email regarding the arrangements, like where to fetch the keys and when which facilities open. We went to the office first, to find it empty before going to the security to check in. The WiFi password also didn't work.

It is a very safe and peaceful place, the 1st thing that caught my eye which was very important was the security gate that you have to go through to get to the sleeping area and you can only enter if you have an entry ticket.

Very well located, and was very neat and clean. Very impressed with all the amenities they have there. Students were a bit loud, but that's understandable.

The place has everything you need, even a small restaurant where you can sit quietly and have a drink. Good location, close to all the places we visited. Very safe with security at the gates.

Was lovely to stay in a clean place. WiFi didn't work, no toilet paper, 1 thin flat pillow per person and dirty microwave. Unfortunately, the students are noisy all night, but still it was a good choice.

The accommodation is definitely value for money for people who only want to arrange a quick stay. One has to realize that this is student accommodation so there is reasonable movement and noise but still very good value for money. It is safe, clean and tidy.

Green Meadows Hotel is clean and very practical. It's not for a married older couple, the building and parking area can be a bit noisy considering it's mainly students staying there.

We were welcomed quite nicely by security who gave us our keys and directed us to our unit. It was very clean with stocked coffee and soaps. Had a bit of an issue with the toilet that kept filling up and not stopping, but just closed the tap when needed, didn't mind. Staff were very friendly greeting us in and out of the complex and asking if we needed cleaning in the mornings. On the day of our check out however security guard saw us waiting but continued to talk with other guards in the back for a few minutes, eventually came out, didn't greet or ask how he could help, told him I wanted to check out when the phone rang, he picked it up and took my keys. I tried to non verbally ask if that is all he needed but he did not seem to notice me at all, I then left without him saying a single word or gesture, found this to be the only negative point of our stay. Blocks were a bit loud at times, but we were aware of this being student housing and did not mind as long as it didn't go into the late night, which it did not. Would come back here again.

There was load shedding and no candles or lamps available. Also no advance warning that there is no water if there is load shedding. The unit is neat and well equipped. No power and water was very inconvenient.

Other residents at Green Meadows Hotel Apartments can just familiarize themselves with the COVID rules and regulations on Lockdown Level 1. There was loud music and noisy partying until 03:30 on Sunday morning, which deprived me of a decent night's rest.

There was nothing on the ad that it was accommodation/permanent accommodation for students, so it was very noisy and not at all recommended for people who want to rest.

The apartment was clean, the gym needs upgrading, old equipment which can cause an injury, you need to take that serious.

Reception struggled to track our reservation. Room appeared neat and clean on the surface, but was full of cockroaches. It's reporting, but according to reception it's a common problem. Permanent student residents are noisy and walk around in pajamas. Rooms so close that it compromises privacy. Security seemed good but we were let in without any questions even after coming in with different cars.

The whole complex is just students! The noise echoes throughout the place, no one can sleep, it continues until the sun comes up when they are out. Accommodation itself very neat and clean. Very nice bedside lamps without bulbs.

TV and decoder did not have the necessary plugs on arrival and did not work. Porches and stairs were generally dirty and complex was noisy.

The kitchen is poorly equipped with not enough cutlery for the number of guests we booked for. No sharp knives. No power plugs for bedside lights.

I booked the family apartment. The booking clearly indicated that 3 people were coming. When we arrived there were only 2 of everything in the apartment (well a third bed). We came for tests at the university day 2, so looked for free WiFi so that my daughter can do research. Only at the end of day 2 (when the tests were already over) did we get the WiFi password. The lady at reception did bring extra cutlery and towels later.

Although the accommodation was very neat, comfortable and safe, it was not indicated that it was in the middle of student accommodation. The after-hours noise of cars driving in and out, people standing together and chatting were very disturbing. Furthermore, the unit in which we stayed, right next to the building's stairs, which was the most upsetting, the gate closed and the stairs were made of steel, so not only was each step heard but echoed between the buildings.

Place is very new and neat. It's not very big, but if you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's perfect. The building next door was quite a nuisance early Saturday morning. There are only two things that I feel are lacking: There was only 1 towel for the 2 of us and no face towel at all if you want to dry your hands. The kitchen is reasonably equipped except that there was also no dishtowel to wash or dry the mugs.

I am very disappointed with Green Meadows customer service because when I got there there was no one at the security booth and it said "reception" but then after a long time of no service I decided to call them. I was told no, I'm in the wrong place and I should just go to the other "reception". A woman then came to me and just told me to follow her to the other reception. When I got there another woman came out and just told me to drive to block 10 without even saying hello or introducing herself to me. I had no idea where block 10 was so I just had to drive in and look for it myself. When I did find it, the woman was just gone and I had to look for her on the 1st floor of block 10. When I did find her, she was first looking for the room key from the cleaners, who also had a whole took a while Finally when she took me to the room the door was just unlocked and then the woman disappeared without even saying goodbye. My room's bedding was not very clean and there were razor blades left in the bathroom cabinet. My room was also only cleaned once in the 3 nights I spent there. I should have already checked out at 9 am on Sunday morning which is really very early and when I got back to the reception it was closed and nobody was in sight. I then called again to be told that someone had been gone for 2 seconds but I stood waiting for about 15 minutes. The lady who came to receive my keys again did not greet me and just asked me immediately if I had paid everything. I am really very very disappointed in the service I received, I will not stay there again nor will I recommend it to anyone.
